Made an appointment one month out and even though I have insurance I said with the deductible I’ll pay cash. The day before the receptionist calls saying how busy they were and my appointment more than doubled than the original quote. I was upset and thought them very unprofessional. I would have seen a counselor clise to my home and within a shorter time frame. Incompetent front office staff. Would not recommend for that alone. Seems the other review states the same thing.

Dr. Guiley at this practice is fine and dandy. His office staff however is rude, flat out MEAN, and far from «Christian.» In a psychiatric practice it is not too cool to cut someone off from seeing their doctor because you’re a receptionist on a power trip. Particularly when doing so results in a patient having to abruptly stop medications which have withdrawal effects such as seizures and DEATH. Tried to get an explanation as to why i was not permitted to see the doctor because it was a true mystery– i did not owe money, nothing. Receptionist hung up on me, mid sentence. Horrible treatment.
