America’s Incredible Pizza Company

Great salad bar, okay food. Tons of fun! Go carts, lazer tag, bumper cars, games… Good place for family fun.

This place is no where near being incredible. Everytime I have been up there the food is always dried out and cold. Not to mention, the pizza bar is almost always empty and the employees do not care. Also, the staff members are all rude. The ice cream machine apparently never works. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Terrible service and the food was pretty bad. I couldn’t walk around with my family without seeing pants on the ground, I didn’t have an incredible time.

One word… Gross! Went to the bathroom an hour or so after the place opened and the box that holds used female sanitary product was very overflowed. I imagine from the previous day. Later found the same situation in a different stall. And good luck trying to find a hand sanitizer dispenser in the game area with any hand sanitizer in it. Food was ok, but not impressive. Employees were nice. XD theater was pretty cool. We won’t come back… Too grossed out.

This was my first time here and I had a Groupon deal for $ 100 giftcard and I paid $ 40. I came here with my friend and 2 small children. We had a wonderful time! We were here almost 4 hours. It is cool you can eat and drink all you want all day if you purchase the buffet. It had everything a kid would want… pizza, pasta, chicken, hot dogs, salad bar, dessert bar, soft serve, slushies, soup, fries, tacos…
There were plenty of things to do. Arcade style games where you get prize tickets that get loaded on your gamecard… how awesome. Then there is laser tag, mini bowling, mini golf, gokarts, bumper cars, movie room, toddler fun area! Everyone from 2 to 18 would enjoy.
Thanks to my groupon deal, we were stuffed with food, fun, prizes when we left. The deal made it better but I would still come back. It would be a great place to have a kids party. Too bad I don’t live here. I hope they branch out to the West Coast someday with this concept.

Daughter had a well deserved break from studying and this was an adequate silly distraction.
I don’t think anyone expected 5 start culinary wonders, but pizza is pizza.
Of course it is full of children!
One does not get angry at the presence of children in swimming pools or playgrounds either.
It is a young persons setting and should be enjoyed as such.
As in, by the child in all of us.
If you find that an impossibility, attend a wine bar or poetry reading for your kicks.
As for me, I’ll submerge myself in unlimited pizza and video games.

It’s okay, I guess. The pizza isn’t all that great in my opinion (and this is coming from someone who likes Cici’s Pizza), but it’s edible. I think they also make a pizza here for you on request if you don’t see one you like. The salad bar is pretty good. Last time I was here, they also had slushies and ice cream in addition to the obligatory soft drinks. They have four regualr different themed dining areas: a school gym, 50’s diner, 50’s house, and a room playing a movie. I say regular because they also have private party rooms. I never did the mini-​golf, but the go-​karting was nice, at least before it changed management. It’s probably still just as good.
I wish they hadn’t gotten rid of the Japanese drum arcade game though. I mean, who does that?! It had Cha Cha Queen for crying out loud! I can understand Cici’s getting rid of the gory Night Slashers game, but the drumming game here wasn’t even questionable.
I’m also not crazy about the Kidz Bop covers of popular music that plays over the radio, but that’s probably more about bitterness over the dumbing down of Lady Gaga’s Born This Way, but that’s a whole other subject.
If I have to complain about anything else, it’s the tacky fundamentalist Christian flyers on the wall at the exit. You can just ignore those though, which I highly suggest you do. The one that says «Better than candy?» is kinda creepy and it pretty much tells you that you’re gonna go to hell if you don’t believe in Jesus.
If you’re still reading this, you might be wondering (in addition to why you’re still reading this and/​or why I’m rambling) why I gave this four stars. That’s because I can’t give it three and a half, and I think it’s a little better than three stars.

Horrible. Apparently not enough employees working, or not enough doing their job. Immediately upon waking in there was a huge puddle of soda on the floor, went to get a table and high chair, not one was clean… in the whole place. Tables still had food on them from other people that had long been finished. The floor was sticky and food was all over. Went to get food, another puddle. After getting everything together puddles still in the floor, my sister fell in one puddle and I slid through another. An employee actually stepped over a puddle to get himself a soda. Made no effort to clean the soda up until I said that my sister had fallen and they needed to be cleaned up before someone got really hurt.
We had toddlers so we were there to go in to the tiny play area. No one supervising at all in that area. Children that were well over toddler were all over the place. Unplugging machines and running over smaller children.
The only reason that this got a star was because the food was actually decent, and the poor girl that worked behind the ticket redemption counter was super nice and actually seemed to care about the customers.
The place could use some employees that actually walk around and clean and keep things even slightly under control.

This place is so unorganized. Took a good half hour to enter the place due to one slow person taking the money. She continuously interrupted the process by making Small talk with everyone instead of moving people through. I simply will not return to this establishment for any reason. Big waste of time and money.

Is the ice cream machine always out of order? Also, there’s children everywhere. Definitely not what my partner and I expected when we came here for date night.
However, the cookies are über dank. They are the only reason this place isn’t getting a zero star rating.

The food is ok, pizza just so happens to be my favorite food. I usually eat at CiCi’s but Incredible pizza has more selections outside of pizza. The quality of food could be better though.

The food is good (not great, but not at all bad), and it was nice that we went at a time when it wasn’t super busy. But, this was our third visit and our girls are bored with the same games. You might want to update a few, or swap out some of the older ones.

I went here during a lazy afternoon just to eat (I, at one time, visited the former St. Charles location and had a great time there with the games, food and all). It was during slack time, when no one was there. As far as the food, I say meh. Pizza had been sitting out for awhile, but they did make a couple of my favorite pizzas. I did like their other selections on the buffet, but for some reason I just wasn’t impressed at the end. I even thought the dessert bar was weak as everything was hardened. But the place has a lot of life in it as every room has a theme, which definitely anyone should give plenty of credit to. Maybe it would be more fun if I had kids, who knows

Good for the kids and better than Chucky Cheese

After spending way to much money here over the years and losing all our credits and points once before it happened again. We had accumulated 50 000 points over time we buy stuff all the time have spent major amounts of money to win silly prizes. My wife went there lady week and used like 5000 points to get watch and bear still leaving almost 30 000 points only to get home and all our points are gone. Guess it’s back to chuckee cheese for us

I was severely deceived after a recent visit. We had many, many points on our cards and after visiting the prize counter to turn in only some of those points, they were all taken off of the card. After dealing with a main customer service number and being made to return to the restaurant, I was again given the run-​around and told to call corporate because of an audit which erased all tickets built up on their cards. Spending the money I have at this establishment and then having it erased without reason is ridiculous. This company seems to have no accountability or loyalty to its faithful customers. How disappointing.

Needed somewhere to take my son to since we were visiting from Chicago. The Buffet is horrible. Nastiest food I’ve had. Sucks that you have to pay to go inside even if you don’t want to eat. The games are not great. The best thing they have is go karts. Would never go back.

I would compare this to an upscale Chuck E. Cheese! Only because the games are much much better and it’s more modern and you don’t have to carry around pounds of tickets. The food is meh, but it’s pizza and even pizza really can’t be that bad.
You come to this place because the games are great and they have a variety of attractions as well. It’s definitely a place worth checking out.

We came here on a Sunday for an early lunch. The food here is okay for a buffet, the pizza is cold and tasteless and leaves a lot to be desired but my son loves coming here for the games. He really likes the laser tag, the mini golf, and the go-​karts along with all the other games to play. The prices take a lot of tickets for most stuff and the cheap stuff is either broken or forgotten about when we get home but that isn’t any different than the other arcade places we’ve been to. We are not a fan of bumper cars since the bottom is rubber, it smells like burning rubber while on them. So the games are what got this place a 3.

This place is growing on me, but then again, I have a two year old and an infant. The food is decent, with pizza, salad bar, tacos and other buffet staples. The best thing to get is to make your own chili cheese nachos with shredded cheddar from salad bar as their nacho cheese is very watery. But, there is a plethora of games for kids, including mini golf, bumper cars and go carts.

This was my second time going and I went with 17 other family members, so we got a pretty good rate. I’m from Colorado and I’ve been to similar places out there before. The main reason why I give it two stars is for the customer service. The employees were very rude and didn’t have much patience with the children. The food was pretty good. I’d give it ³⁄₅ stars. The selection wasn’t up to par though; they just have a couple different kinds of pizza, and a salad bar, which was the best part. The staff was unhelpful with questions and not very friendly at all. I’ve seen much better and I will never come back willingly.

My kids love this place.
The food isn’t great, but for $ 5.99 for a weekday lunch for all you can eat food, what do you expect?! As a mom I found myself having soup and salad. It was edible and filled me up. The kids loved the unlimited pizza. If you don’t see a pizza you like, ask them and they will make you a fresh one with exactly what you want on it. Dessert is tasty, I enjoyed the oatmeal cookies but my kids like the slushie and cinnamon rolls. This place isn’t making money on food, so at the price they are putting it out for, it’s expected it isn’t 5 star quality.
The games today were all working and it was clean and flashy in the game area. My kids rode go carts and played mini golf all which they love.
The bathrooms were clean, I mean… what else can I ask for.
Our bill was around $ 44 which included 3 lunch buffets and $ 40 in game cards. (They had a special going on). I feel like for the price we paid, we got our money’s worth.

Now, I feel as if i should explain this. The food is barely tolerable but we seem to come here just to play the games because my nephew just loves to go back and play, play, play. So, if i was going to give a star rating for the games, it would be a four because of how enjoyable some of the games are but for the food no, just no.
