I made an appointment with Danielle for a cut and color. When I showed up I was told she was on vacation. No call, nothing to inform me that she wouldn’t be at our appointment. It has also been two weeks and she hasn’t called to reschedule my appointment. I will be making another appointment elsewhere.

This is long overdue: Danielle is great. I never know what to do with my hair, but I felt comfortable trusting her expertise and you should to!

I had a groupon, and then ended up paying full price ?! Make sure you ask for prices before Danielle does anything to your hair. I liked the color, hated the cut, will not return

Terrible customer service. The stylist double booked my appointment, then made fun of me for having a grouon (ummm if you don’t want the added business don’t put a groupon on the internet!) The entire time she was helping another customer all she did was complain about how busy she was. Correct me if I’m wrong, but in this day in age you should be happy you are full of appointments! She was not apologetic and extremely unproffesional. Didn’t even care she could have been loosing potential business.
I ended up going to abother salon and tipping the stylist $ 30 because if I get service and product I like i show it.

Danielle provides excellent service, advice, technical ability, and creativity.
Ever since my first hair cut and highlight came out a huge success, I have put complete faith and artistic license in the hands of Danielle. Now, when I go in I simply say, «do whatever you want» (with whatever barriers I have; work restrictions, styling laziness). I always leave beaming.
Going to a salon used to feel like a chore, or even lead to stress due to the lack-​of-​, or mis-​communication all around. But at Artisans, I feel relaxed and confident as Danielle is great at helping discuss the type of hair that works for you. She takes into account your restrictions, your style, bone structure, and adds her own creative touch, which always results in awesome, avant-​garde styles specific to you.
ALSO She is quick and amazing at cutting curly hair. My friend has his curly mop-​fro cut there and swears by it. (Apparently curly hair stylists are hard to find? So just throwing that out there.)

Danielle saved my hair. My hair used to be amazingly easy to work with. I never ran a comb through it and didn’t have to worry about blowing it dry… ever…and then I decided to Ombré it. It looked so cool. Too bad I didn’t have the necessary means to take care of it! :(anyway, my hair went from silky smooth to rats nest disaster that couldn’t be smoother out with ant comb.
I cut off 4.5 inches and got it layered and now I am a new person and so happy with my cut! :) now if and when I can muster the courage, I’m going to try a perm with her! :)

Great stylist. Really helpful in thinking about low-​maintenance new cuts. Totally great.

Finally! I have found the salon my hair has desperately been searching for. I initially went to Danielle because I had a Groupon. It was a great deal and I thought what the heck. I told her what I wanted and she blew my mind. My cut and color turned out to be 100 times better than I had imagined. She is fantastic. Do yourself a favor and call her. Right now. The salon is fabulous and laid back. Usually I’m quite uncomfortable at these places, but not here. I just cannot say enough great things!

Danielle is a miracle worker… so glad I found her!

I went because I had a living social voucher, but I will be going back because I have finally found a salon that I’m really happy with! Danielle did an awesome job with my hair. She really took the time to listen to what I wanted and made some very astute suggestions, and my hair turned out better than I could have expected. Plus, she’s very friendly and fun to chat with while she works. I understand that she has just opened at this location, and she has very ambitious plans for the place. I will definitely be back for more excellent service and to see how everything turns out!
