Normal Brookstone. It has tons of very cool little techie gadgets. You can find things from $ 2.00 to $ 1,000+. The workers are very nice and love to help. They always go beyond your expectations when you ask a simple question. If your looking for cases, keyboards, helicopters, pillows, speakers, message chairs, etc. go straight to Brookstone!

Not everyone can say they got a helicopter for Christmas, but I can. I got a royal blue, Silver Bullet RC Helicopter. The RC stands for remote control. Surely, you didn’t think I got a «real helicopter». It even comes with its’ very own repair kit. Do they think I’m going to fly it into walls and doorways? I admit I am spoiled, very hard to shop for and that is why at this time of year I get several gifts from Brookstone. It is a great place to shop for that person who has everything or folks like me who are just hard to shop for. Last year my gift from Brookstone was the Compact Air Compressor, it was actually on my list to Santa. It is a jewel of a gift, it has helped me out numerous times when I was having tire trouble and I have also inflated coworkers tires as well. This year to be a companion to my CAC, I got the Emergency Hammer. The EH is a 4 in 1 tool; a pointed steel head(shatter window), recessed blade(cut seat belt), LED light and digital tire Gage. I think every car should have one in the glove box. This year in addition to the helicopter, I got Buckyballs. They are a great de-stressing toy. 125 rare earth magnet balls that you can build and shape all sorts of things — what ever your imagination can create. The staff here I will admit at times is hit or miss, but when you need assistance they turn on the A-Game. When the other half was shopping this year for my helicopter and the salesperson tried to up sell to the larger one, they got a good chuckle when told the dogs(children) had a budget and he wasn’t allowed to go over the amount. If you’ve got an iPhone, iPod, or iPad, check out their cool accessories.

I love the merchandise in the store. On two occasions however, the staff has been rude/disinterested. Not sure what the problem is, but sounds like an overall management problem. Certainly not the economy to be running away customers.
