I had a really mixed experience with BSB. I lived there for about 4 years. At first they were quite nice, but the longer I lived there the worse it got. Rent increases from year to year were significant. At one point they accused me of underpaying my rent (I wasn’t). They would always send someone right over if I had a maintenance problem, but the handyman was an idiot. My faucet leaked the entire time I lived there, even though they «fixed» it three times. At one point I was left without hot water (off and on) for weeks. I wouldn’t do business with them again unless the location and space were stellar.

The verification process was a little bit difficult but for the past year everything from the office has been top notch. I would definitely recommend BSB to any friends/​relatives/​randoms.
The main situation I ran into during my year was a broken dishwasher which was fixed within about a day or so by completely replacing the appliance. Communication with the office has been very efficient.
