Always clean and friendly. Food comes out perfectly every time. Side bar is always stocked. I like the wraps. I’ve had everyone. My favorites are pesto, buffalo and the power protein.

So good! It was super busy there at lunch, but I got my order in less than 10 minutes. They really had their process figured out. Jordin took my order, and made sure everything was right. She was sure to tell my about upcharges on meat, etc., and she asked how I spell my name(which no one ever does, and always calls me Catherine). It was all about the small things– really appreciated them getting me in and out quickly and my order was correct and SOO delicious. I got the buffalo crispy chicken with brown rice, which was amazing. They didn’t skimp on the chicken, which I appreciated, plenty of sauce and packed full of rice.

I had really high expectations going into crazy bowls and wraps but after the most disgusting tasteless meal I now feel violated. $ 11 and protein bowl later my whole mood is ruined maybe even my day. Of course I was hungover going into this situation but I know shit food when I have shit food. To all my loyal fans out there, stay away unless you want some cabbage they picked along side the road and some leftover steak from 2 weeks ago. Peace I’m out. *drops mic*

Soooooo not good! =/really want to like this place but everything is just so flavorless. I’ve come here 5 times now and gotten something different every time. Still haven’t had something I would come back for so I give up…

I can’t not believe I’ve never reviewed this location! Crazy Bowls and Wraps are my favorite chain in StL. I get healthy food to go and it tastes delish! I’ve been drinking too much microbrew since I’ve been on vacation and I felt like a bloated cow. I drove down Lindell and seen my ol’ stomping ground, CBW! I used to come here several days a week when I worked at a local law office. Came in and ordered the chicken Cesar wrap with quinoa. Half of it was lunch and the other half a snack. I wish we had these in Hawaii!

Got a stir fry bowl with grilled chicken, brown rice, thai peanut sauce. Not sure how they could’ve botched it more than they did. Chicken overcooked, rice and veggies undercooked, and no sauce. Oof.

You can’t go wrong with CBW in the CWE! This little spot is often my go-to for lunch, since I work very close by. While the parking can be a bit cramped, the service is always fast and consistently good — and the food is always solidly delicious. I’m a huge fan of the chicken pad thai, but instead of in a wrap, as a bowl with either brown rice or quinoa with the spicy slaw. I like that the clientele is an ecletic mix of SLU students, working professionals, and peeps from the surrounding community. This is a good option for food fast that isn’t «fast food.»

I’ve been eating at the U City location for years and have always enjoyed it. I was surprised to find this location so much closer to home! After eating there a few times I can say that it is somewhat different from U City CBW. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. My main complaint is that the soup bowls seem to be luke warm when I order them here. Other than that, everything else is the same. This little problem is not enough to stop me eating there. I do appreciate the portion sizes and the healthy ingredients. I love the grain selections too!

So many reviews to write, so little time! I have been coming to this CBW for a while now– and I’ve never had a single problem. My food is always fresh, the staff is always friendly, and my order is always correct. I always order the chicken pesto griller(it used to be the wrap before they came out with the griller) and I am so happy with the grillers! and i get extra pesto and feta cheese – ! I REALLY need to start ordering my wraps with quinoa to test it out but i get the brown rice. So delicious!!!— I love the jalapeño cilantro sauce so much! I dip my wrap in there and my tortilla chips! I love the fact they have a bunch of different sauces to choose from. I tried a black bean hummus the other as well and it was pretty good. I dont know the kind of experiences other people have had– but I will say i know that parking can be difficult, and around lunch time it gets rather busy, but thats just part of it. The food is still good… I’ll continue to come here, and continue to get what I’ve always got… :)

Wow this is the most half assed food I have ever eaten. To start off, the carrots wernt even peeled before being cooked leaving dirt and grime remaining om the carrots. The taste was worse than microwaved single serving food. Felt ripped off, the food could have been prepaired by an preschooler and I would belive it. Stay away.

Great option if you’re looking for something healthy and quick. If I need dinner and am too lazy to cook, I usually hit this place up. The grilled wraps are solid, as are the bowls. Convenient parking in the back and friendly service. It’s a much better options than most of the other fast food places on Lindell. Recommend checking it out if you want to grab a quick bite.

Crazy Bowls offers quick healthy options, better options than places like Subway. I typically order the Buffalo Chicken Chicken Wrap, which is good and reasonably priced. Chicken quality is good, much better than the«chicken» offered at subway or other fast food places.

A healthier alternative to fast food. I’ve always been a fan of CBW. I love their chicken pesto wrap with brown rice and white meat. You can also choose from white rice, quinoa or dark meat. I also enjoy their corn salsa with the corn chips. This location is close to our favorite movie theatre, Moolah.

How do I love Crazy Bowls & Wraps? Let me count the ways: 1. It is wonderful to have a healthy option to fast food burgers that is equally as delicious. 2. Their chicken breast is real and packs the best grilled flavor. I’ve never had my meal ruined by a gross piece of chicken like most places. 3. Love their hot and spicy bowl — tons of flavor with barely any calories. 4. Hands down — best chicken Caesar wrap anywhere! 5. The free sauce bar is super fun. When I get something that comes with tortilla chips, I love that hummus is one of the items up there. I could keep going… but just take my word for it. Yum!

Really awesome healthy choices, in comparison to other fast food options. No, this food will not change your life. No, this location and atmosphere will not make you think, «Wow, I totally have to bring a date here. – Or even a friend.» However, if you’re in the area and need a fast healthy(er) option, this is a great place to grab a bite. I suggest building your own bowl or customizing a salad or sandwich. They have great options like tofu and quinoa, in addition to several meat options. They have brown rice, white rice and beans. Also, mixed veggies like kale, edamame, carrots, etc. There is also a salsa bar which includes hummus, which I think is pretty tasty(for free hummus). Oh yeah, they also have a gluten free sauce option. I tried it and it pretty much tasted like soy sauce. Whatevs. I built my own bowl with steamed veggies, quinoa, tofu and gluten free sauce. I added some pico and black bean/corn salsa from the salsa bar. I was happy with everything but the gluten free sauce. I think they substituted gluten with salt. The bf had the chicken pesto wrap, which he enjoyed. The dining area is pretty much like any fast food restaurant and can be just as loud and obnoxious. I wouldn’t plan on hanging out there. Although, I did see a customer with a MacBook just chillin’. So, I assume they have free wi-fi. Give it a whirl if you’re in the area but don’t drive across town just to eat here.

I really like CBW. This one not so much. The parking at this location is horrible. The allow parrelll parking along the side of the building in the path to more parking in the rear. The problem is you have a bunch of 1973 ghetto sleds parked 6 feet from the retaining wall blocking the egress. The food was not as good as others. The chicken in the teriyaki bowl was overcooked(ie tough and dry) and cold. I placed the imayasi sp? From the flavor bar on the dish. It did not help. So I doused it in cilantro jalapeño sauce and it was edible. Just not digging this one. PS Moral to the story, Cilantro and Jalepenos make ANYTHING taste better.

Yes, it’s a franchise, but here are some things they really do well: 1. Portion sizes… understanding that part of the American eating problem is our portion sizes and implementing this in practice. 2. Healthy choices you aren’t ordinarily going to find ina fast-casual environment, like quinoa and brown rice. 3. Great salsa/sauce bar, including a corn/pepper salsa that’s delicious. 4. Prices are reasonable. Service is fast.

With such an addiction to Unilocal and trying new places, I’ve started looking for some healthier options. I’d heard about Crazy Bowls & Wraps, but had never tried it. Maybe I avoided this place because it’s located in a building that used to serve my favorite fish burrito? Anyway, I decided to stop in for some takeaway and ordered the hot and spicy chicken bowl… since the menu said it’s only 400 calories. With charbroiled chicken, carrots, onions and jalapeño cilantro sauce it wasn’t too bad. I didn’t find it to be very spicy hot, however I don’t crack a sweat from most spicy food. It was nice to be given a choice of brown rice, jasmine rice or wheat noodles, and a choice of white or dark meat for the chicken. For 400 calories and $ 6.40, it’s good stuff. Also, be sure to try out the sauce bar which has the jalapeño cilantro sauce and various others. I don’t usually do fast food, but I’m sure I’ll come back for more when I’m going for low calorie. 3&½ stars. Final note: I’m not for sure, but I don’t think this place is a franchise. They have about 10 locations in Missouri and 1 location in California according to their website.
