Church’s Fried Chicken

Ugh. Is it bad that I’m writing this review as I eat here? Anyhow, ordered a 3 piece with Mac n cheese, and all was well at first. I noticed my Mac n cheese was burnt on one corner and that the noodles were hard, so I politely asked if she would please exchange my Mac for another container. Mind you, I hadn’t left the store or taken a bite.
«IT’S BAKED Mac n cheese.»
No shit Sherlock. I asked for an exchange, not the item description. «I’m aware, thank you. I’m asking that you please exchange my item.»
«Yeah okay,» she said, with an attitude. I then watched as she put the Mac n cheese I was exchanging back into the warmer, presumably to give to another customer. I could have put something in my food for all they knew, and they might give it too someone else? Smh
Won’t be back. I hadn’t been to Church’s since the mid 90s as a little girl, and I won’t be back.

So please read my previous review on the churches in Berkeley! So after the rude lack of service we drive over to this churches. After waiting another 10 minutes and the lady before gets her good the girl at the register just walks off without saying a word! We stand there about 3 minutes and walked out of that one too. As far as I’m concerned churches will never get my business if this is how they treat customers. It’s appalling and I will email the main office.
Update: three months, no response from churches. I am sending another email tonight. They should close those dumps.

I only come where when they bring that leg and a thigh for a buck on Tuesdays promo.
They’re so busy they don’t change the oil. At all.
Actually scratch that. I came here one time when they weren’t doing the special and it still tasted like they haven’t changed the oil at all.
It’s pretty disgusting in here…
