To reiterate what many others have said about Cici’s Pizza, you do not go here for amazing food. You go here because you’re hungry, its cheap, it’s kinda fun, and you need pizza NOW. I’ve gone to a few different Cici’s around the area over the past few years, and this is by far the best. It’s clean, good staff, and around the lunch hour it’s usually pretty tame as far as no children screaming their heads off. Awesome. Being vegetarians, sometimes they don’t have the pizzas out that we like, but they never seem to mind making us something. [Which is good, because I hate being a «pest».] And the manager! He’s been there for years and he has always been super friendly and just comes across as genuine. He even remembered us even though we hadn’t been there in over a year! I don’t usually remember people at restaurants but this guy stands out. Give the man a raise! Tl;dr– Decent cheap guilty pleasure in a friendly and clean environment.

You have to admit that this Cici’s is good for being what it is. Jack, the manager, is funny, friendly, does a great job of delivering excellent customer service, and even tends to engage with customers on a personal basis. He really does a great job of making sure everyone who works for him does a great job as well and you have to admit, even though the food isn’t the most fancy or tasty, his employees do a great job of keeping the place clean and keeping the pizza on the buffet coming. Just watch out for large groups of people getting off a bus in front of the restaurant or large groups of kids when going here or you’ll have a hell of a time trying to get another slice of pizza from the buffet.

It’s been a good experience every time I’ve been there. It’s not for everyone, but they typically have a reasonable variety at the buffet: cheese pizza, Alfredo cheese pizza(without tomato sauce), chicken chops and wing sauce pizza, spinach pizza, pepperoni pizza, apple dessert pizza, mini cinnamon buns, brownies, pasta, cheese bread, and the occasional macaroni and cheese pizza … Like I said, not for everyone. The salad bar usually has lettuce(obviously), carrots, cottage cheese, olives, croutons, sunflower seeds, and the crunchy fake bacon bits. Then there are the dressings, which are typically ranch, thousand island, and … I think bleu cheese and French or Catalina. I don’t remember all the drinks, but I know they have Barq’s root beer … You can probably find all this out on their website or a menu listing on this one. Okay, that part went on too long. The game room with an air hockey table is a nice touch, and the place is reasonably clean … I mean it’s not dirty, but I wouldn’t lick the tables, arcade machines, or floor. You know what? Just don’t lick anything that isn’t food, drink, or a clean utensil, and I shouldn’t even have to tell you that — as if you’re still reading this. I wish they had ice cream, but the lack of such is not a deal breaker. Maybe they don’t want kids making a mess putting soft-serve ice cream in the soft drinks.

If you’re ever in St. Louis don’t come here. Stopped to get some pizza for the family because I noticed on retail me not that here was a two for $ 10 large pizza deal. Manager stated that retail me not doesn’t ask permission to post those deals. Then in the same breathe tell me that you can’t order online for this store to get an online deal. Would not recommend

Customer service and team has GREATLY improved! We came a few months ago, and the staff stunk: not friendly, not smiling, unresponsive even when we went to the counter, and texting and talking on cell phones near the pizza oven, in plain sight. We were not impressed. Today, though, there was almost an entirely new group of people, and they were great! Jake, who I assume was the manager, was friendly, funny, engaging and quick to fix issues and help guests. I had an issue with a leaking cup, he fixed it quickly. He stuck up a conversation about where we are from. Overall, he was a breath of fresh air, and was a great example of the new professional, customer-oriented team. Keith, who was bussing the dining room, was friendly, helpful, and around often. He asked how else he could help, and kept our table clean(no small feat at a pizza buffet). I also liked Joanna(?) at the cash register. Welcomed us, and even gave us her name and told us to come up her of there was anything we needed.(I realize the irony of me not remembering her name … But she was really friendly!). Two thumbs up for the new team, and thanks to management for re-staffing! I read another review that said this location was anti-breastfeeding. Having a 7-month old, I’ve nursed here before with no comment from their team. The changing table, however, was disgusting. So 2& ½ stars for baby-friendliness, and 4 stars for customer service this time.

I’m updating my review because although this food made me violently ill the last time I ate it, in all fairness, I have been about 10 other times with no issues. And again, other than my last visit, the staff is always super nice and friendly, which I always appreciate.(We went in the last hour the other night and the staff just acted like they didn’t want to be there anymore). In general, I’d give this place 3 stars. It’s always very clean, food is… eh. Pizza is not very good. The best part is the hot cinnamon rolls.

I love Cici’s when I want it. It is a cheap meal and I can get exsactly what I want. There is always a bunch of kids running around and nearly every time I’ve been there there is at least one large group but it happens. They do well keeping the pizzas coming and the place is pretty clean.

Okay, let’s be honest here. This is CiCis. It’s not gourmet, it’s not fancy. It’s a pizza buffet and it’s cheap. Therefore, I have given this one 5 stars because it’s the best CiCis I have ever been to. It’s clean, they have a good selection of pizza, and the employees didn’t annoy me.

It will do when you think you need a fat and salt fix. I only allow myself my pizza weakness once a month. Decent salad bar but only 1 low fat dressing(how else am I gonna counteract the calories I am about to consume?). I think I counted about a dozen different pizza’s out when I arrived, plus desert rolls and brownies. Even mac n cheese pizza, which I passed. Some were very good, some must have been sitting there too long. Eat the freshest looking ones first and maybe the others will be replenished by the time you go back for seconds. Very friendly staff. For $ 5.55 plus tax(I had water), you can’t beat it. Go online as directed on the back of the receipt and get an even better buffet deal next time.

I’m giving CiCi’s four stars. I would give it five, if it weren’t for the fact that they are located 25 – 30 miles from me(as well as for some minor irks — I shall explain). If you don’t pay attention to your receipt, you’re throwing money away! Your receipt doubles as a coupon for a $ 3.99 adult buffet if you take a few moments to complete an online survey about your experience.(There is also a pizza offer on the receipt — choose the pizza offer or $ 3.99 buffet. I always go for the buffet offer!) I also get water instead of soda. So, I save a couple bucks more — and I have found that I can eat more, too!(Who doesn’t love saving a few bucks here and there?) Anyway, the pasta and breadsticks are my favorite part. Sometimes, some of the pasta noodles aren’t perfectly al dente. I have also found that their pasta noodles retain water, which contributes to the white sauce separating a little bit. So, I put noodles in one bowl, sauce in another, and dip the pasta in the sauce.(Hey, it works!) Alternatively, the breadsticks are great when dipped in the alfredo sauce! The previously mentioned breadsticks are awesome, as well. Sometimes, they’re a tad too garlicky or could use an extra minute or two in the oven. Minor irks, though. I’m still a huge fan! I’m not a big fan of the brownies, though — they never taste(at least to me) as if they’re quite done. I might eat one per visit…‘might’ being the key word. My favorite dessert is hands-down the vanilla pizza. I can’t seem to get enough. YUM! As other Unilocalers have pointed out, the staff here is friendly and will gladly make you any pizza they can. However, there is one employee at this location, perhaps an assistant manager, who wouldn’t leave me alone one visit about making me a pizza. He also asked several times if everything were OK, which it was(except for him asking all the time). I’m all for being attentive to your guests… but on one visit, I definitely experienced overkill in the ‘attentive’ department. So…with some of my minor grievances, CiCi’s is definitely one of my favorite restaurants. Just wish they weren’t so far away from where I live… but then again, if they were, I would probably be 100 pounds heavier! Enjoy…and remember to complete the survey on your receipt… and get water to save a little more money(and eat more!) :)

Have you ever spent $ 5 for something that felt good at the time but later you would regret? I have. Once was in the red light district back in Vietnam… the next time was when I ate at Cici’s.

It’s an inexpensive pizza buffet. I get that. However, I’ve been to other Ci Ci’s that have rocked out this category. I’m not expecting gourmet. What I do appreciate though is doing your best in your category. And this Ci Ci’s is sorely disappointing. First and foremost, they have the lamest salad bar(I hesitate to even call it that). Bagged salad mix with maybe 5 toppings? Other Ci Ci’s do much better. And, where’s the cheesy garlic bread? As far as the pizza, nobody said it was awesome. But it is what it is so least this place could do is keep that buffet full of hot out-of-the oven selections. What I’d recommend to this franchisee owner is visit other Ci Ci’s, see what they do better, and raise the bar.

This place is fantastic. They really raised the bar… it’s located in the back of the store! You can walk in just give them 6 dollars and then eat all the pizza you want for as long as you want. Me and my friends even brought some boardgames and they somehow thought we were cool because of it. Oh, and the staff? FRIENDLY. I was getting some pizza and turned to a worker and said, «Hey. Christine. Where are the bathrooms at?» And Christine said, «How do you know my name?» I knew her name because in the back they had pictures of each coworker with what their favorite pizza is. You never know what kind of people you’ll meet at this location! We mostly just saw families though. There was one pretty lady who we couldn’t tell if she was a tall tenis playing teenage girl, or a hard working single mom! Which one do you think she was? …If you guessed single mom you’re right! There are a boatload of games in the game room! I was too busy eating pizza to race imaginary cars, but I’m sure those arcade games are a blast!

For what it is, this place is pretty clutch. However, you have to know what you’re getting yourself into if you expect to be anywhere close to satisfied with the quality. You walk in and pay $ 4.99-$ 5.99 for an adult buffet, which includes salad, pasta, pizza, breadsticks and desserts. You can add a drink or wings if you’d like for an extra charge. Again, if you didn’t know what you were getting yourself into, you should know once you’ve received your total at the register. Once you’ve paid, you can sit anywhere you would like(the place is pretty large) and help yourself to whatever you’d like. The drinks are fountain drinks that you serve yourself. The salad bar is pretty standard and not bad at all with a variety of toppings available. There is pasta, with white and red sauce available. The breadsticks are salty, garlic-y goodness and one of the better parts of the buffet(especially if you dip it in the red sauce). There is always a large variety of pizzas to choose from(thick/thin crust, square cut, standard cut, variety of sauces). They have the standard pepperoni, sausage cheese pizzas, but they also have a lot of specialty pizzas. They have a spinach/fettucine, buffalo chicken(the size of the chunks of chicken is laughable, not to mention debatable whether it’s actually chicken), barbecue something, macaroni and cheese(personal favorite) and several others. Again, these are not very«special» specialty pizzas but it’s a good variety. I should mention that you can order/request any pizza that is not already out at any time and the staff is happy to make it up for you, or make it and bring it out to your table for you. Usually, they’ll attempt to make any kind of pizza provided they have the ingredients. For example, on a previous visit I requested a bacon mac & cheese pizza and they were happy to cook it up and bring it to my table(awesome). Finally, the desserts are usually brownies, cinnamon rolls, and something else that’s like a vanilla crème dessert. The brownies are pretty weak, I don’t mess with the vanilla crème dessert and the cinnamon rolls are on par with a dominos cinnamon stick(decent). Overall, go into this place hungry, with the expectation that it is unbelievably cheap and the food is on level with the price, but you will leave in a food coma. DONOT go in to this place expecting to challenge your palate with high quality food. ENJOY!

When Jon suggested that we try Cici’s Pizza Buffet for lunch on a Saturday, I was really apprehensive. A– I don’t really like buffets, B– I love kids, I just don’t like to eat around kids that aren’t related to me, and C– The pizza has never really looked that great in the commercials. I’m happy to report that I was pleasantly surprised. We walked in and were immediately greeted by easily the nicest manager ever to work in the restaurant industry. He smiled, said a very friendly hello, we paid for our food and drinks, and we were off! I started with the salad bar; it was what you’d expect for a cheap pizza buffet: Iceberg lettuce, a few toppings, and a small selection of dressings. After I enjoyed a simple salad with Bleu Cheese dressing, I made my way over to the pizza buffet. To my delight, I saw that they had macaroni and cheese pizza… it was really, really good. Holy carbs! It was worth the carb overload. The crust was crispy but soft and the macaroni was cheesy and slightly crisp on the edges. It might be the perfect pizza topping. The manager told us that he’d make a pizza for us if what we wanted wasn’t on the buffet. Overall, I was really happy with my pizza buffet experience. If I’m ever strapped for cash, or in the mood for some great macaroni and cheese pizza, I will certainly return to Cici’s. My only qualm was the lack of hand sanitizer. As a germaphobe, I think that any place that allows guests to touch utensils that everyone has access to should provide sanitizer, especially during flu season. PS: The people watching is FABULOUS!

For what it is, this place is great. Perfect for a fast dinner for a family or a sports team party. The price is right and the food is pretty good considering it’s a buffet and they crank it out pretty fast. We always look forward to the cinamon rolls as dessert.

The pizza is not bad, for what it is… I like the pizza sauce. The dining area is kept clean. The staff always have a good attitude, ask if you need anything, and keep the pizzas coming out quickly. You can special order anything you want and they’ll bring it out to your table when it’s done cooking, at no extra charge. They throw away pizza that has been sitting out on the buffet for too long, so there shouldn’t be anything too old and stale out there. If you’re a picky eater you might have to wait until something you like comes out, but that’s true of any pizza buffet. I like to get a table right by the counter so I can beat the other customers to the new pizza when it’s put out. :) No tomatoes on the salad bar. They also have pre-made salads which sometimes contain ingredients not available on the salad bar itself. The men’s restroom has been in disrepair — broken toilet seat, stall door that does not close, no hot water in the sink… but not terribly unclean and certainly usable. Update Nov 2014: They one again have tomatoes on the salad bar and have remodeled the bathrooms. I have raised my rating from 4 to 5 stars.

OMG! HORRID! Okay it’s cheap and it’s all you can eat. But ask yourself this, how much crappy food can you eat? They won’t put out any fresh pizza until the old stale one is gone so you end up eating old stale pizza that wasn’t very good to begin with. Your only other option is some noodles and some type of nasty sauce. The last time I was there, I was grossed out by someone who was eating there. I tried to go to the bathroom and splash water on my face or maybe somehow get my appetite back, but when I opened the door the smell of vomit hit my nose, I looked down and someone threw up all over the floor. Ive had better pizza in a grade school cafeteria. Some people apparently really like the place, but to me it was awful.

You don’t come here for good food. You come here when you’ve spent so much money on Christmas presents and all you have left is $ 6 and your stomach is grumbling because you haven’t eaten all day. For a few dollars you get all the salad, pizza, and desert you want. The pizza crust is good, the sauce, toppings, and cheese are sparse and not great quality. I actually don’t mind the place, but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. If you go, you just need to understand that this place focuses on value and quantity rather than any sort of quality ingredients.

I’ll be up front and say this is not the best pizza in the world, but for $ 4.99 for all you can eat, it’s pretty darn good with a decent amount of selection and great customer service to boot! The place is large with plenty of room for groups(they have a party room in the back) and some video games. It appears to be very popular for kids but is NOT Chuck E Cheese or Incredible Pizza. There’s usually a decent number of non-kid patrons as well. The customer service is some of the best service you’ll get for a meal that only costs $ 5, too! At this location, Jack is well-known for always having a smile and a welcoming and personable attitude. The first time we ever came here, his enthusiasm made us note how great the customer service was from the entire staff! They keep the place clean with a cart-wielding person in the dining room continuously picking up used dishes and keeping the tables and floors clean! This is also a plus. So many of these type of buffets get dirty quickly, but I don’t get that feeling here. Salad choices: couple basic salads w/maybe 6 dressing options Soup: I think there’s 1 choice — maybe a light vegetable broth Pasta: You can top your curly noodles with a marinara sauce or a white cheese alfredo sauce. Or get creative and mix ‘em up! Dessert: I never save room for these, but I know they have 2 to 4 options Pizza: I love the spinach alfredo pizza here! They also have a macaroni and cheese pizza, pepperoni alfredo, thin crust, thick crust, taco pizza(they yell«Olé» when they put it out), another pizza w/something like a buffalo sauce. There are tons of options! And if you don’t see what you like, just tell them! They’ll make one up for you quickly!
