I have had some interesting experiences here, but there’s never been anything major in those experiences that have deterred me from bringing my business here.
During my most recent visit, I left my garments for a full week. When I came by again, I was terrified that they might have donated my clothes. Thankfully, they still had them and when I asked it sounded as though they never donate clothing that gets left behind. Maybe it’s an older tradition to do that.
My boyfriend also leaves his clothing here from time to time. He took his peacoat to them earlier this year despite knowing the zipper had been having issues closing properly. They noticed and called him to ask if he’d like them to fix it as they have someone who comes by and fixes such things for them. When he got it back, the zipper was backwards – meaning it was sewed on the way a women’s zipper is. He called them to let them know and he had to explain because they didn’t realize there was a difference between men’s and women’s clothing! They were very considerate, listened to his complaints, and fixed it the way he asked.
I enjoy bringing my items here. You drop it off, they give you a «receipt,» and you come pick up your items a few days later. Super simple and easy!

The don’t even deserve the 1 star that I have to give them… they completely ruined a 100 dollar shirt of mine and refused to pay for it, even a pay of it, not did they offer me free services til they paid it back that way. I wore the shirt once… they didn’t warn me of any chance that they would completely discolor my shirt trying to remove a tiny stain.
Not only did they ruin that shirt, they ripped them hem out of the other shirt i brought to them at the same time…
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE… I repeatedly had to take back shirts that were supposed to be cleaned and never were…
TERRIBLE BUSINESS CONDUCT AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
