This location is consistently disappointing. We get blizzards here often (only because we get BOGO coupons) and they are awful 9 times out of 10. There are hardly any toppings in them and they’re so runny they don’t flip them over sometimes. My husband and I find it entertaining actually. I’m convinced there’s no way they’re making them this poorly accidently, it must be the training. Like I said, we only go if we have a good coupon. Sad because DQ has such good ice cream.

They were sold out of what I wanted so I was :(- I made up for it with another selection. Nice seating outside.

I’m really grossed out. I went in to get an ice cream cake and a customer had something wrong w his order. I watched as he was given his money back and the food thrown in the trash. As soon as he left a worker took the food back out if the trash and took it behind the counter where the Food is grilled and fried and she was taking stuff out of the bag. I’m hoping it looks different than what I actually saw because that is nasty
