Very nice store. One area that needs attention is the section they put out items from the cooked items of the deli. You know the area. It has the baked beans, pulled chicken, pork, chicken strips, etc. In my opinion, they should not put out the chicken, whether it be the strips or the thai chili flavor. It’s just too tough. The chicken bites are too small and the smaller it’s cut, the tougher it gets. It’s almost uneatable. No amount of sauce will make it better. They should run specials on the chicken the last couple hours they’re open so it doesn’t end up getting dried out and too tough to eat. I also avoid the beef from the smoker out front. It was terribly tough to eat. This store also has a full and half cut cakes. Last time I checked, no red velvet cakes. I don’t know why they stopped making them. I also noticed they raised the price $ 1 on all full cakes from $ 9.99. That’s a pretty big increase. I don’t buy them anymore.

Love the service the staff provides. If you cant find something they always show you where it is, love that. Very friendly staff and the fresh veggies and fruit are excellent.

Everyone is always so friendly here. The shelves are always well stocked and the displays are beautiful. I know this sounds dorky but they play good music, too. I’m OCD and I like to zone out and go up and down every aisle when I shop, and I really rock out to their music! They also have a great location– my bank is there, a St Louis Bread Co is there, and the post office is there, so it’s sooo convenient!

DIerbergs has a very good selection of fresh vegetables, fruits and deli meats. Their dairy section has it all from milk and cheese to yogurt and smoothies. The wine and liquor selections aren’t bad either. The staff is friendly and knows where food items are by isle. I’ve never been directed to the wrong place. I can’t say that about some of the other big name grocers. Tip: If you’re ever looking for a particular wine or beer and don’t see it, talk to the liquor & beverage manager and ask if they can order it for you. I’ve done it a couple of times and they got what I was looking for in just a few of days.

Of the other Dierberg’s I have been to. this one is my favorite. The biggest thing for me is the florist area has an air conditioned glass room where you can walk in and build your own bouquet. I love to make my own bouquet of flowers. They have more of a selection of flowers then the two other Dierbergs I have been to. I have another Dierberg’s that is near, Tesson Ferry and I do prefer this location over that one. It seems to have just a few more items that the other one doesn’t have(I found out one day trying to buy something that wasn’t at the Ferry location.) The parking lot is not as high traffic so maybe that adds to the lower keyed environment.
