I have been trying to get in contact with our property manager for weeks now. No response to emails. No response to phone calls. When I did get someone from the main office they told me I had to talk to the property manager, but she was unavailable of course. I pay a significant amount of money but I quite honestly cannot tell you what they do. What a waste. Maybe if I don’t pay my fees they will call me???

I’ve waited and debated whether to write a bad review for this company. I never want to write a bad review while I’m mad about something, but I’ve been patient and have given them many chances. The fact is, this company is incompetent. I’m in the new home business, so I’m familiar with this company outside of my own neighborhood that they manage. I have to say, I’m not the only person who feels this way about them. They are suppose to be a property«management» company, but they fail in managing. They fail in maintaining the community and they are a failure in communication. If I were a manager and I operated like they do, I would be fired. I understand a company like this has a difficult time making their customers happy, but communication is a basic component of a successful company. It is apparent that the company has inside turmoil because we have had three different community reps in the past six months. That is further proof they are a struggling company with that much turnover. Please do your research before handing your neighborhood over to an incompetent property management company.
