Gas Appliance has been around for years. They started life being the gas light, gas grill, installer and supplier for Laclede Gas. So more people may have done business with them and did not know it.
I had a problem with my gas grill and called Gas Appliance. I was able to order the part I needed over the phone without any problem. When the gas manifold valve came in they called and scheduled the install.
The service tech who came to the house was friendly, efficient, and competent. It was one of those jobs he could do in 20 minutes and if I did the job it would have been 5 hours. Glad to have paid for the service.
