Joe Hyper did an impressive job with these old heavily soiled carpets. First, the technician is the owner and set out to do a professional and thorough job from start to finish. He was on time and courteous from the get go. He took measurements and gave me a price before he started cleaning. Initially, he did pre-treatments of high traffic areas and stains/spots. Once he started cleaning the carpets he was thorough and took his time to do the job right. I never once felt pushed with up-selling either, which I appreciate. The price he gave at the beginning was the price I paid. And the carpets look 1000% better. I will call again when I’m ready to do the rest of the house!

Mitch did an amazing job! The pet smells are finally gone from the basement and the mystery stains disappeared. He was super quick and did 5 rooms in about an hour. We will definitely have Gateway Carpet cleaning return the next time.

This company goes above and beyond customer satisfaction, professionalism & courtesy! The CEO will help out in any way he can in order to make the customers happy. They worked very hard to remove a grape juice stain out of my carpet that my previous company worked on for 10 minutes & gave up!
