They charged $ 97 dollars to come out for a «service call» They were asked to replaced 4 counter-wights in 2 windows. When they arrived, they sat in front of the house for 10 mins and the worker in the passenger seat was asleep. When they came in, they went to the windows in question, measured them, then told me, «Someone will call you with a price». They then told me I owed $ 97 for the «service» call. WHAT SERVICE? To measure a window? I was then told I would be «credited» toward my first hour of service when they came back. WHEN THEY CAME BACK?!? They then called and said it was over $ 700 to replace them. They were BY FAR the highest of any company. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM. THEY CHARGE $ 97 FOR ESTIMATES AND NOT SERVICE

They were so nice when I called! We have a broken door handle. The guy will come out for 95 $ and that applies to the labor when he returns with parts.

I am at my wits end with this window replacement. I took a double paned window from my home into have repaired on ⁵⁄₁₂ and was informed this would be completed by the end of the week.
With fingers crossed (they do not issue any receipt) I left hoping this would work out.
Here I am 12 days later and 3 phone calls to them and they do not have the work complete.
