Don’t expect an appointment reminder or for them to pick up the phone when you call to confirm your appointment time or for them to return respond to your messages. The secretary’s response to that, «It’s not our responsibly to remind you.» I wasted an entire morning over something that could easily have been prevented with good business practice.

Hi agree with Kelly DONOT see this dentist he is a scam artist! This office should be ashamed of themselves and put out of business. I bought a Groupon to see Dr. Gershilevich at 10000 Watson Road in St. Louis I guess his new or one of his locations… and the Groupon was to get a xray, dental cleaning and exam. His assistant gave me one xray and then he cleaned my teeth for five minutes ONLY totally unheard of then the big time scam. He said I had a big cracked tooth and had a hugh cavity behind my previous filling. Yet I had no tooth pain. He said I will take a picture and show you. Instead of using a inter oral camera he used a damn digital camera and instead of turning it around to show me my picture right away he walked out and came back and showed me someone elses tooth!!! With a huge crack and completely different feeling. I know what my fillings look like! He said I would need a crown immediately it would cost $ 1,100 to get done!!! I bet Kelly didn’t even need a crown. I got a second opinion with our family dentist and he said your tooth is fine you have no crack. My filling look like nothing like the one he showed me on the damn digital camera lol. I complained to Groupon they reimbursed me some money but I hope they take him off, he is a scam dentist. We will be reporting him to the Missouri dental board as well. I can only imagine the pain and suffering other uninformed people as well:(It is sad we can not trust people.

I would NOT recommend«Dr. Gary» for your dental needs. He messed up on a post and crown, and when I needed an appointment to have him check on it after it had become loose in less than a year, his Receptionist refused to make the appointment unless I was willing to pay for the visit. In addition, the quote she gave me to fix it was three times the amount of other dentists for the same thing. I visited two dentists and both agreed that the only reason the crown was loose was because Dr. Gary didn’t put the post in properly. In fact, he ruined the tooth and a new post wasn’t possible. After several calls, messages, and e-mails to get the issue resolved through Dr. Gary, the Receptionist would not discuss it with me or let me speak with him. I have had to spend lots of money to find an alternative fix for the problem that he caused and I’m appalled that he would not stand behind his work.
