Front desk staff was great, lobby has been remodeled; rooms have not. No microwave or refrigerator in room. But here’s the real problem. It’s 12:15 am and the bar across the street is still going strong. I can hear the music as easily as a car parked in front of my house. So annoying.

Super nice hotel for the area. All the amenities you’d need or want. The facility has a pool/hot tub. It’s newly remodeled, clean, and the staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, bathrooms fresh. Complimentary breakfast. Decent but not spectacular. One of the better breakfast I’ve had at a hotel though. I’d highly recommend this Hilton if you’re staying in the St. Louis area.

A home St. Louis Cardinals game AND a hockey playoff game is happening and this place doesn’t have those channels and broadcast it? Ridiculous. After a 16 hour day all I a wanted to do is watch some sports and relax, but the only thing on is an NBA game. The game is taking place 20 minutes away and this cheap place can’t have channels that broadcast a live game instead of a 3 yr old show of deadliest catch or a 25 yr old show of full house!!! They forget about the simple things that makes a bad long day worth waking up to…

Very comfortable beds and clean room. Staff is very friendly. However, breakfast is a disappointment for a Hampton Inn. The breakfast was okay one morning, but the next they were out of a lot of things including water. I had to ask for several things.

Our experience with this hotel was abysmal. My wife and I recently booked a block of rooms for our wedding. When we were touring the hotel before we decided to book our rooms the manager, Mohamed, told us that they were going to be renovating the lobby. He assured us multiple times that the renovations would be completed before the weekend of our wedding. Based on this information we signed a contract and reserved the block of rooms. We made the reservations months before our wedding date and people reserved their rooms. When our guests arrived from out of town they told us that the hotel was under renovations! The entire lobby was shut down and you had to enter the hotel from the side door. The«front desk» was actually just room 103 and was difficult for our travel weary guests to find when they were checking in. The night of our wedding my(groom’s) parents were turned away because they did not have their room. They made their reservation a month ahead of time and were forced to find other accommodations. I stay at Hampton Inns frequently when I travel for work, but never again. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel and I would dissuade anyone from every staying there. We were lied to about the timing of the renovations and humiliated that my parents couldn’t get a room they reserved at least a month ahead of time. Absolutely disappointing. STAYAWAY.

I came here the night the Cards won NLCS against the Dodgers. My evening going out with some friends and I knew it would be a late night with many drinks so driving home was not going to be an option. So I needed a hotel in the area where we would be. I went online the night before and luckily got a room here, other places in the area were sold out. It was higher than I usually pay probably because of the high demand for rooms but I must say, lots of parking, a clean room, a bed that was incredibly comfortable, works for me. If I could have made it through the lobby without getting busted and throw that mattress in my truck I WOULDHAVE. Got up the next day for a swim and relax in the hot tub, then had the complimentary breakfast. It had all you can eat eggs(powdered), something that resemble sausage gravy, biscuits, danish, juices, different types of coffee and make your own waffles. Honestly for complimentary, it was dang good and definitely good enough to fill up a person traveling that day. So after a night of drinks, the game and dancing, just going down the street to a clean hotel and the COMFYBED, was well worth the price… OOHHANDFREEUUHH …I MEANCOMPLIMENTARYWI-FI.

For the business traveler. Typical average Hampton Inn. A variety of nearby chain restaurant: Bonus: A five guys in walking distance. Even short enough distance to walk for the daily 5 guys eater. Summary: Outside is ugly. Inside is nice.

Very clean and quit. Better than average breakfast for a hotel in this price range. Staff and management top notch! We had a minor problem which was resolved quickly. They made sure they made it right and that is uncommon anymore these days. Free and plentiful parking. Free Internet. Feee breakfast. Free newspaper. Free coffee. free starlight mints even!
