Once you’re a Jet you’re a Jet all the way; I love Jet’s, till my last dyin’ day. Their New York style is unbelievably delicious. I’m not sure why they push their«deep dish» because the New York Style blows every other pizza place in St. Louis out of the park. Another thing I’ve never experienced at a pizza place is the outstanding customer service I get every time I come here. I don’t expect much customer service when it comes to ordering pizza but the people at Jet’s have set a new precedent for customer service at a pizza store. They always make a super fine pizza and are very friendly. They even remembered my order when I call in. I’ve recommended this place to allot of my friends and they too are impressed with Jet’s. This pizza place will Jet you off to a new higher plain of pizza experiences.

I chose Jetts after someone in Florida told me about it. Ordered an 8 corner with mushroom and onion. The crust was perfectly done with a great crunch and caramelized cheese. I asked for extra cheese and there was extra gooey which I like. Not a lot of the pizza places actually give extra cheese when you ask for it. These people were great about it. Perfect sicilian style pizza in my opinion. Also had the greek salad which was fresh and great flavor to the dressing and feta. Now for the«boat». The boat is an attempt to make a calzone. Avoid it. There is too much dough and not enough cheese. I asked for olives and they dumped like a whole jar of olives into it so that I could not taste the sauce and cheese. Stick to the sicilian pizza and salad. Great stuff. Reminds me of mom and pop pizza shop back east.

Delivery was fast, pizza was awesome. The«bold pepperoni» is definitely the way to go. They have a wide delivery range because the closest one to our house was around 4 miles away. Got the 8 corner pizza for two and had leftovers. No complaints!

There was a pizza delivered to my work today and the delivery man was extremely rude to me. He came in and I directed him to the correct building to deliver to, which is just a few steps away from where he came in. He was very rude to me and questioning why all of our buildings had the same address and I explained to him that they are all owned by the same company. I again told him that the customer he was looking for was just right next door and as he walked out the door he had an attitude but I couldn’t understand what he was saying. When he got back in his car he backed up so fast he almost ran over the curb, sped off and drove recklessly through our parking lot. His driving was my biggest concern because we have a small parking lot with vehicles for sale, customer’s cars, and employees running all over the place and customers roaming around outside(a car dealership, obviously). I did not order the pizza so I couldn’t tell you how it tastes, but I just had a bad experience with a delivery man and my co-workers also saw his reckless driving through our parking lot.

The pizza here is good. Sauce is amazing and just the right amount on every slice. There is no sit down so it’s carry out only but it’s fine. Lunch is Bissau but they are fast and always have slices available.

Have driven past this place so many times and today I thought I’d stop and grab lunch to go. I ordered a piece of pepperoni pizza and a salad. Sadly, they were pretty disappointing. The pizza was too chewy, bland, and just tasted like a cheap frozen pizza. The salad looked great but I made the mistake of pouring on the ranch dressing. The dressing was horrendous and ruined the salad. I think the salad would probably be OK with a different dressing(like one from home.) I also thought $ 10 was a bit much for a piece of pizza, salad and small drink. If the food was good I wouldn’t have minded paying that much but it wasn’t and I doubt I’ll be back.

An HOUR to deliver($ 3 charge) soggy, wilted lettuce sandwiches and the wrong wings(plain and not the hot sauce flavor we ordered, after I paid extra for Blue Cheese dipping sauce which is just a packet of Kraft a la McDonald’s salads). I had a much better review written, but this hotel Internet kicked me off and I’m too tired to rewrite it. Anyhow, at 8 months pregnant with very few other options as a layover victim of the take out menu given to me by the hotel we’re stuck in, we had to eat what was brought. I tried to call the restaurant, but there was no answer. I’m glad the rest of you like it, but I think you’re crazy. I gave it two stars because it does, I guess, count as food. The total incompetence of the boy answering the phone should have been a headed warning.

Jets Pizza is awesome. It’s just a pity that this location is absolutely incompetent at the basics. We have ordered… or attempted to… on multiple occasions. Each time they have either screwed up the order, «forgot» to make the delivery or «accidentally burned the pizza». They are indifferent to mistakes and have little concept of customer service. Even when we tried to pick the pizza up in person, we had to endure listening to the shift manager yell at an employee. NEVERAGAIN. Too many other better options in town.

I just experienced the worst customer service from a phone in order today. Some guy with more attitude than ability to operate in a customer service environment took me for someone less competent than himself. I asked him simply, what are your specials for the day or do you have any lunch specials. His response was what size, how many toppings etc, etc, etc. And i’m thinking okay he’s about to narrow down the specials according to my choice of pizza, which was unnecessarily irrelevant. I wanted the best deal for the day no matter what. Long story short there was too much back and forth when all I wanted was to know what specials are promos were available to me. So after wasting time with this guy I opted out of ordering anything from jets today and chose subway instead.

We tried this for the first time and absolutely loved it. Deep dish crust is really great. Crunchy and buttery on the outside and soft on the inside. Lots of toppings. It was a little light on sauce, and the sauce was a little bland but I like that it is not sweet or spicy so it doesn’t overpower the other ingredients. There was something really great about the cheese that makes it one of the best mozzarella cheeses I’ve had on pizza. Usually all pizza cheese is the same bland stuff(except for the awful provel they put on St. Louis style«pizza» crackers). But this had a nice salty smokey flavor with a great melty but not chewy texture. The boneless wings are really good. We had the medium buffalo which had a nice little kick without burning. We were really hoping they had a dine in area but they are only a carry out place. I’m looking forward to trying their sandwiches and other crusts.

I have been there one time. Drove by it thought I would try it. The music and the TV were turned full blast and with the noise from the kitchen it was unbearable. First they gave me someone else’s order and I caught it. And then when they finally gave me my order and I took it out and got home it was wrong. Pizza Hut sucks but its better than this.

We ordered delivery, which came on time even on a snowy day. I ordered a small cheese and the husband ordered the super special, and we split a greek salad. The salad was shredded iceberg lettuce with two grape tomatoes and two canned beet slices. The pizza was bland, expensive pizza hut-type pizza. If you have the option, skip this place, nearly any other place will be cheaper and taste better.

The best pizza in Creve Coeur! I recently moved to this end of town and have been disappointed with the local offerings of pizza that Ive been able to get. I have tried Jets on two occasions and both times its been excellent. Both orders have been for delivery and both times for a shared antipasto salad(the smallest one they have easily feeds two), a large pizza and an order of cheese bread. For all that it was around $ 35 dollars including delivery. I’ve been really happy with all the food I’ve had from here on both occasions. The salad is super fresh, the pizza is piping hot, and the bread sticks are covered in mozzarella. If I had to say one critical thing it is that the pepperoni on the pizza cooks up to be a little small(but there is still plenty of it and it’s very flavorful). The delivery person is also very nice and delivery is fast. Excellent place to get pizza and as far as I know this isn’t a St Louis style pizza joint.

The pizza reminds me of Rocky Roccoco, which is a popular pizza chain where I come from(Milwaukee, WI), only this version is slightly better. The lunch specials are legit. I will probably be back since I work right down the street. Order ahead.

Jet’s Pizza might honestly be the least healthy thing I’ve ever eaten. My life will be at least six days shorter for having eaten it. I of course mean this in a good way. I had never even heard of the place until I randomly found a few pieces of it in my refrigerator one day. It was one of those mornings: My little brother woke me up at the ass crack of dawn — on my day off! — to jump start his busted Volkswagen. I was too upset to go back to bed, so of course I decided to get something to eat… and wouldn’t you know, there was a box of Jet’s in the fridge with a couple of squares left. Jet’s makes these weird square deep dish pizzas. I’d describe them as some unholy combination of a Chicago deep dish pizza and something they’d serve in a middle school cafeteria. It’s every bit as thick as a deep dish pie you’d get at, say, a Pizzeria Uno, but there’s none of that BS where the sauce is on top of the cheese, as if the person who made it was high. Aside from that, however, there’s no air of downtown sophistication. This is decidedly downmarket strip mall fare, a sort of deep dish equivalent of a Cecil Whitaker’s. With somewhat lower quality ingredients, you probably could serve this in a middle school cafeteria. Note that they do carry regular round pizzas that resemble Papa John’s, a New York-style pizza and a thin crust pizza.(Or are those last two the same thing?) The copy on their website subtly recommends against anything other than the square deep dish version, and I’m willing to take their word for it. If the idea of something that resembles a pizza from Papa John’s appeals to you, you might want to take some time out to pause and reflect. The square deep dish has a crisp, buttery crust not unlike a pan pizza from Pizza Hut. You can get it with various different flavorings, but I found that the one I got today, with the Turbo Crust(Butter + Garlic + Romano), didn’t taste at all different from the one I had the other day, with no flavoring to speak of. Maybe the guy who made it was high. I had pepperoni both times, because I don’t believe in getting all kinds of fancy toppings on pizza, generally speaking. It was just regular-ass pepperoni. The mozzarella was a cut above anything you’d get on a pizza from a national chain. It’s thick and chewy and kinda milky and salty at the same time(pause), like a real piece of mozzarella… which makes me wonder what some of these other places are using. Better ingredients, better pizza, my ass! Similarly, the sauce must be made from real tomatoes, rather than ketchup and oregano or whatever. But I actually found this kinda off-putting, maybe because I’ve been eating a lot of bargain basement Jack’s frozen pizzas, because I didn’t try hard enough in school, and that’s now my reference point. I’ve lost my proverbial taste for coconut. This time, I got some buffalo wings, which were terrible, but I notice both times I had Jet’s the pizza came with a Tierney pool-size tub of watery, prison grade ranch dressing. I slathered it all over my pizza, and I honestly do believe that one day I’ll come to regret this. I quite literally looked fatter after I did it. As you might suspect, I’m not known for good decision-making or healthy living, but I probably won’t be doing that again. But I’ll definitely hit Jet’s again. #YOLO

All of a sudden, a new contender appears in the busy St. Louis pizza scene. I was hoping for another good pizza place, because there is a new Jet’s right down the hill from my house. This Jet’s ain’t one. The dine-in environment has the ambience of a school cafeteria and the menu is devoid of any imagination. It looks like it was copied from every other run-of-the-mill pizza joint’s menu. I tried the BBQ chicken, the pepperoni and the thin-crust cheese. All three impressed me with how ordinary they were. Sauce was underwhelming and a general skimpyness with the pepperoni and chicken didn’t help. I’ve had frozen pizza which was better than this — not kidding, your average DiGiorno or Freschetta pizza tops what we had today. This is unremarkable, bland pizza, folks. Same for the salad. *snore* If you like boring food, have at it. For my pizza money, I’ll take Dewey’s, Peel, Pi, or even Domino’s over Jet’s.
