i think the fact that it has taken the photographer over 2 years to respond to a comment made about her services says it all!!! She contradicts herself in saying that my album was promised before Christmas, then by saying it was not promised by Christmas. Maybe there was some confusion on my part, but when i was told before Christmas, i did not expect it to literally mean Dec 24th. While I do admit i was quite relentless in the last weeks before receiving my album, who can blame me? It had taken over 7 months of patience and lots of back-n-forth with the photographer and I still had yet to see an album that I had paid for in full well in advanced. That’s probably where i went wrong. Maybe if she had more $ waiting for her at the end of this transaction, she would have put a little more effort into delivering her products in a timely, more professional manner. Next time I know better. I am not quite sure where she gets off claiming that i was given a discount. I paid the regular priced agreed upon at the beginning of the session… and that was it. Do not be fooled by the fact that she hand delivered my album either. She had no choice! How else was she going to get it to me on time. See the thing is, when you don’t plan ahead, then you are left with very few options. Had she followed up w/her album company a little more diligently, then this could have been avoided.
