Rip off. They don’t return calls, they use paint they want, not what you ask for. Big communication breakdown between staff and the painters. They painted my basement with cheap paint. They had to come back to paint where stains bled through. Then start using oil base dry lock paint, no venting with fans. I resting up stairs in bed when I wake to a strong smell, using this paint in a closed basement. ever sense they finished, tried to have them come back, and paint spots that were missed, and that bled through their cheap paint. All the repainted spots with dry lock paint, look good. If they would of used dry lock, and opened the Windows & doors, venting the noxious older outside. But then, they couldn’t paint in the cool air conditioned basement. Months later I get a message to call them, called, man, not there, they never called back. I will use a union contractor in the future.
