I lived here from 2011 until 2015. The landlords were helpful and responsive, resolving issues promptly. Neighbors were (almost) all polite and friendly, and many were genuinely sad to hear I was moving out. I loved the architecture of my loft with its exposed brick and open ceiling areas and will miss the view of the downtown skyline.
I can recommend it enthusiastically.
