Great staff! Friendly and helpful. Greeted at the door. Felt safe. Not as picked over as other she-she locations. Not a huge selection but Surprising finds.

Not the nicest Marshalls — limited selection compared to the other ones I’ve been to around town. I was only in here for a few minutes looking for some socks. They had two pairs of socks that were exactly the same, but one was marked at $ 8.99 and the other at $ 12.99… had to argue with them until they made both the $ 8.99.At least you know the employees really care about Marshalls’ bottom line — sheesh.

This is probably my least favorite Marshalls in St Louis. Every time I come in here it’s dirty and disorganized. Half the clothes I pick up are in the wrong department. If you’re looking for Rocawear, you’ll hit the mother load here. Otherwise, go a little further down the road to the Marshalls on Olive and get a better selection.

I stop in here maybe once or twice a year at the most. There is a vast difference in the quality of Marshall’s stores from state to state and I learned that shortly after moving to St. Louis and visiting the Overland store. The area is a bit sketchy and the clothing in this store is pretty awful, but there are few benefits of popping in here: 1) Shoes– it can be hit or miss but when you do find a cute pair they are awesomely cheap. I snagged a pair of espadrilles last year on clearance for $ 20 that have survived through their second STL summer. 2) Home department– after stopping in today, I left feeling like I won the lottery. I bought a HUGE silver-ish/muted gold mirror for my dining room for $ 40. This would have cost me over $ 100 anywhere else, even at Target. 3) Bath– I once found a Chi flat iron here for $ 40. I’ve been using it for over a year and still works just as great. Like I said, rarely have I found anything worthy of trying on in the clothing section but every once in a while I’ll take a peek. The real deals are in the home department.
