McDonald’s

I entered this McDonald’s in 1982 and I’m just now leaving. I exaggerate, but not by much. The service in this place is so incredibly slow. We places our order at 6:12 (as per the receipt) and didn’t receive our food until almost 6:40. Just ordering the food was an ordeal. The operation of the register was a little complex for the gentleman working it (bless his heart). It took at least 5 minutes to order 4 10-​piece nuggets, a quarter pounder with cheese, a Big Mac, a chicken sandwich, and some fries. It took a ridiculously long time to order and get our food. By the time we got our food, we were very hungry and irritated. The chicken sandwich was inedible — the lettuce was wilted and the chicken patty was dry and old. On the positive side, the chicken nuggets were hot. The fries, not so much. We had to ask for ketchup packets because the dispensers were out. One of the drink machines was out of ice.
The store wasn’t busy, but everyone was getting the same painfully slow service. We couldn’t wait to leave this place, and I will hesitate to enter any McDonald’s in the future.

McDonald’s contacted me via Twitter to provide feedback on my terrible experience in their store. When I gave them the information, they said that they couldn’t find the particular store that I was referring to. I gave them the street address. Nice to know that they’re just as competent as the employees of this location.

Stopped in here for a quick dinner. Ordered a Filet O’Fish sandwich, a 6 piece Chicken McNugget, and a bottle of water. Food was made to order, came out hot and fresh. I ate in. Service was good!

It’s McDonald’s, food is crap quality but they are usually fast and they usually get the order right.

Yes, 4 stars for a McDonalds. Yes, it’s fast food. Frankly it’s one of the nicest looking and nicest service received for a McDonalds that I’ve been to.
It was lunch rush when I visited, and everything was clean, staff were friendly, and food was hot and fast.
The location also is newly remodeled — very nicely done.
As I walked in the door I was greeted by a smiling young man who asked me how I was.
There’s not much more you could ask of the location or fast food — except that it not be fast food. LOL Thus, the 4 stars.

McDonalds is McDonalds to me but this location is really clean and recently renovated.

Walked in and the employees were chit chatting in the kitchen. Stood there for a few mins not even a hello or be right with you, it was 35 mins till closing time and all the doors were locked except one, decided to leave since they were obviously not going to help anytime soon. Close at 1030 instead of 11 if your not going to help customers. Had room service at the hotel which was delicious, so maybe I should thank them for ignoring me.

Placed an order to go during an overnight stay in town. Service was ridiculously slow and there were no other patrons there. So slow that someone came out and told the guy taking orders that he has to pick it up because he is going over double the time. He responded by continuing to shuffle his feet. Got back to my hotel to realize two of the four fries ordered were missing. And the fries we did get were cold and stale. Fortunately I don’t live in the state so I don’t have to worry about it again.

This McDonald’s has the lunch rush DOWN! You’ll see a line out to the street, but don’t worry because you’ll get through it in 5 minutes. They have two order stations in the drive thru, and that seems to make a world of difference.
Minus a star because they gave me the wrong soda. I assume that might happen occasionally with two order stations and only one pick up station.

Hey, I just came here for the coffee on my way back home! The service was cool and the place was clean!
I can’t speak on the food but the coffee was good and the cashier was nice!

People write negative reviews on McDonald’s based upon service and food quality are stupid. It is McDonald’s, not a 5 star restaurant idiots!

I’ve only ever gone through the Drive Thru at this location and I’ve never had any problems. They’re super fast, even with a long line. The McD’s on Olive does it better though with the dual ordering windows. I’ve never had problems with them getting the order right or overcharging me.

Not the best McDonalds around. Service is extremely spotty.

So timely! I tried to quickly find this McDonald’s the other day so I could write a quick review. I didn’t find it fast enough and didn’t care enough to keep looking so I abandoned my plan. And then this shows up… so now I get to award this fine establishment…1 star!
I do not eat meat. Since I do not eat meat, I do not eat at McDonald’s. However, my work friemd told me how good the sw chicken salad was so I ordered that, minus the chicken. She ordered the same thing at the next counter over. She got hers and went and sat down. And I waited and waited and waited. I saw my salad sitting on the back counter. I waited. I heard one of the guys prepping food ask the manager if he should throw away the salad, she looked at the order screen and nodded and PLOOP! There went my salad in the trash.
I got the attention of the girl who took my order and asked if my order had been lost. She mumbled something to the manager about my salad and then went back to taking more orders. No sorry, no smile, nothing. I was finally given my salad by the manager.
My friend and I were about ²⁄₃ through our salads (which were nothing special, btw, AT ALL) when she said, «hmmm…they forgot the tortilla strips.»
Lame food, lame service, good reminder why I don’t eat there.

Simply had enough of their screw ups with my orders! Now they have overcharged my debit card. They cannot get an order right to save their lives or for that matter their jobs! I’m done going there. I will go to the mcd on dorsett road. Maybe they are smarter.
