I’ve lived in St. Louis most of my life and had seen this Subway place, but didn’t really try it until tonight. Being short on time, I didn’t have to cook something, and I wanted a change, and since it was close to my home I thought to give it a try. I told the crew this was first time trying this place, and they recommended what to try. I just took the sandwich, and they gave me fries for free for being a first time customer. I liked the service, and although it wasn’t as fast as Subway or Quizno’s, it was a welcome change. My sandwich tasted great, and because of their service plan to try them again in the future. The one improvement I would like to see is some veggie options.

I come here quite often. I have are both in and gotten food to go. I never have had an issue with waiting time. I’ve only tried their pizza and chicken parmesan sub, but both were great. You can’t beat fresh cut fries. I am also in love with their lemonade!

Must be a new crew here, completely inept. Not that many people here and I’ve been waiting 30 mins. They are looking at each other like it’s all their first day. Where is the leadership to train these people. Not good business, been coming here a long time, I will find a different location. Awful…

This is, by far, the best Penn Station in St. Louis! Yes, I said it. It’s freaking amazing. This is the only one that I’ve been to that makes sandwiches correctly, and has amazing staff. I would highly recommend the Italian or the mushroom and artichoke… yum. If you love toasted subs, this is the place to go.

Hot, delicious sandwiches cooked while you watch? French fries cut with the skin on and flash fried in peanut oil while you wait? Fresh lemonade? Super friendly service? Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes! Girl please. Want more? Veggie options, low-fat options, and only $ 1 – 2 more than Subway. hells yes. Oh, and the dining room is full of construction workers, who apparently love this place. You know, in case construction workers light your fire.
