I think this is the second worst drive-thru experience I’ve encountered. The worst was once at a Burger King being forgotten when they told me to pull forward, and then never came out to bring me my food. At this Rally’s, I pulled up with one car in front of me in the drive through at 5:30pm on a weeknight. Prime-time when most drive throughs should be ready to go. The folks in front of me ordered and pulled up in less than 60 seconds. I did as well. Then I sat and waited for nearly 15 minutes while couple in front of me waited for their food, which turned out to be a small single bag. Then I pulled up and waited for another 8 minutes for my cold cheeseburger and chicken sandwich. I could easily see 4 employees inside that did not seem to be busy. No one smiled, no one was really friendly, and no one apologized for any sort of delay. I try not to be picky when it comes to fast food service because I know those folks put up with a ton of mean people all day who complain about things that are often out of the employee’s control. But this was just a bad experience that has turned me off of this location. I’ll be driving out of my way to hit some other Rally’s if I ever want it again.

Greasy good and you know it has to be bad for you! So awesome and fast that this is my default stop if there is a desire for fast food. I have had to scale back my trips to Rally’s due to health concerns but when I am cheating, it is more times than not, RALLY’S, and this one in particular! They get you through fast and with a smile on their face. What is visible is clean and I have never, not once, had an order screwed up here and I have eaten here a BUNCH before I was made to cut back(stupid high blood pressure!). Plus, log onto their site listed on the receipt and you get any sandwich on your next visit free as long as you buy a Lg Drink. How is that not putting them out of business? IMO — the Big Buford is the best burger in fast food hands down.

The food was delicious but what was even better was the service. I had all four of my kids with me who had no idea what they wanted. The girl that was taking our order was super friendly and patient. We had a big order that had a lot of customizing to it and it was perfect. So many times you encounter people that see a big order as an inconvenience to them and they are rude and get it all wrong because they just don’t care to try. This was the exact opposite. I don’t even live in St Louis anymore but when passing through I could see myself going out of the way just to go here!

Before I moved a year ago, I never lived near a Rally’s. Now I’m hard pressed not to visit more often. The people at this location are always friendly! That’s a big plus, especially with fast-food. My favourites are the big chicken sandwich and the fries. The chicken sandwich is quite cheap for both the quantity and quality of what you’re getting, and the fries… Rally’s fries are just perfectly seasoned awesomeness in a cup. BEST: Friendly, polite employees, quality food. WORST: On one visit they accidentally got a chicken-nugget into an order of fries. It wouldn’t have been a problem except they were my girlfriend’s fries and she was eating while driving and she didn’t realize until it was in her mouth. And she’s a vegetarian. So she was nauseous and didn’t eat the rest of her fries. Which was a score for me, but yeah, that did cost a star because now she doesn’t want to go there as much.
