Periodically, when my children use an online service to order flowers for, they come from Russell. And they are ALWAYS disappointing — limp, dispirited, dying — my Mother’s Day roses had wilted petals with brown edges when they arrived. I will never use this florist and will tell my children to specify that any flowers they order NOT come from Russell’s. Thumbs down to this florist

I wanted to add that after this my husband called them to ask for a refund. They were so extremely rude and threatened to take the flowers back from my 87 year old grandmother!
I have so much remorse for hiring these jerks because this was the last birthday present I was ever able to give my grandmother. Sadly she died that November. I am remembering her now and what an amazing person she was since shes been gone now almost exactly a year. She deserved so much more than late old flowers.

My favorite florist in St. Louis! Beautiful arrangements every time. Someone recently gave me roses from Russell’s ~ they opened beautifully and looked fresh for almost 2 weeks.
