All I can say is WOW! They came right on time, only took about 30 minutes to repair my panasonic plasma, knew exactly why the HDMI ports weren’t working, and told me how to prevent future problems.
Bob and the younger guy he was with were both very nice. They explained some things I didn’t know about my tv and didn’t keep me waiting forever for them to get here.

Bob and his assistant called to let me know they were on their way to service our Samsung 55 inch LCD TV and arrived just when they said they would. TV was under warranty and after three calls to Samsung, we were finally referred for a service call. Bob was wonderful and replaced the power cable in a very short time. All questions were answered and he checked out everything before they left. Best of all he told me to call him, rather than talking to a «robot» if any problems should occur. Now that’s what I call service!

Very satisfied with my dealings w/Schneider TV! My TV remote stopped working. Looked for solutions online, chatted online w/Samsung rep, but nothing worked. Called Schneider, they gave me some suggestions, but also said bring in your remote and we’ll test it for you. Music to my ears! They found the problem w/my remote. Basically, I needed a new one. For $ 20, I’m back in business and glad I wasn’t looking at a big repair bill or new tv purchase. Everyone was so helpful! I highly recommend them!
