My parents & I came here looking for a over the range microwave & bought one that is comparable to the one that we had at home. Anyways, they installed the microwave on a Saturday (big plus). I saw a slight defect in the door after the installation. The appliance installer took a picture of the defect & told someone at Slyman Bros. On Monday, I got a call from Slyman Bros. about having a repairman from the manufacturer to look at the defect. Seriously, that is what I call great customer service. Fast & efficient. Great job guys!
