Originally my girlfriend bumped me in the face and the nose piece on one side got bent. When I tried to bend it back it broke. Took it to the Crestwood location, guy said no problem, leave them and come back in two hours. Two years after they welded the nose piece on my frames, still great. The side they fixed actually seems stronger than the original side. These frames were $ 500 and saved me a ton.

Not a fan. Had them fix a pair of glasses that broke a few months later. Went in to have them repaired but the guy would not fix them. Said he would just replace the sides with a different style. Said we love this style and he said he wouldn’t fix without a receipt from last service and their computer couldn’t pull up prior receipts. What a scam to not validate their own work. Had two other pairs of glasses for them to fix. Will never go back. I’d rather send glasses over the Internet than go back to get ripped off. Keep your receipt. They won’t honor their own work!

Pretty much the only game in town, which is fine because they do excellent work. One of my arms fell off on my glasses and they fixed it up real quick. Customer service and prices were excellent.

The people at Spectrum Eyeglass Repair are great. I was in there last week when the arm on my glasses broke and I took them in to be repaired. Their approach is straightforward. Simple repairs they can do for you on the spot or within the hour. More complicated stuff will be ready the next day. For my repair, they offered to either weld the current frame($ 50) or just replace both arms with new ones, nearest close match, for $ 40. I went for the second choice and we’re back in business. Glasses good as new and they even did a fitting for them, adjusting the new arms to make them fit my funny-shaped head. The people who work there were nice and funny and cool. I’d have given them a five for the rating, but the repair seemed a bit pricy. Who knows — that could be just what it costs to get glasses fixed. I know that spending $ 40 on my current pair is a better deal than several hundred for a completely new pair.

This place is fantastic. I brought in two pairs of vintage eyeglasses. I was expecting that I would have to drop them off and pick them up at a later date. The young man who worked there fixed both pairs right in front of me – in less than 5 minutes! And then he only charged me $ 4.00. It’s evident that they take pride in their work. Amazing service and great prices. I would highly recommend Spectrum.
