I stopped in St. Louis for an hour and a half layover and stood in line for almost 20 minutes waiting for three employees to try and fix the espresso machine while using a vacuum cleaner off the floor to vacuum coffee beans out of the espresso machine on the top and then the coffee tasted horrible. Worst service then no apologies for the wait. No care factor at all.

Reliably good coffee with mediocre service. Pastries and sandwiches are made off-​site, so quality would be the same as all other Starbucks concessions. Average cleanliness.
