Terrible customer service. Laresha was annoyed and bothered to make me a sandwich. I was greeted unhappily and then rushed through my whole order. She tossed veggies on my sandwich and was sloppy. Her attitude was disrespectful and unkind. I will not ever return here based on the customer service alone. Pitiful!

I went in there this afternoon for a quick to-go dinner. It was very hot in there. There was only one employee. Customer Service was not good at all. However, I got my sandwiches made and all looked good. Then, I tried to get an iced tea at the drink station and there wasn’t any. I ask her if they had any iced tea and she said no. So, I ended up getting a substitute. This is a terribly run store and it’s a shame because it’s a great location in a wealthy /busy area. It could do incredible business. Current owners, please sell it to someone who cares!!!

The employees are very unhappy and it shows. Rude and argumentative– it’s kind of shocking. One of them has a bandaged finger and it is not covered for preparing food. Really unacceptable. I got out of the as fast as I could.

I just ordered a sub and wow was the staff rude. The bread was stale and disgusting– so bad I had to throw it away. My iced tea smells like someone peed in it. I haven’t ever been this disgusted by a place that serves food. Never again– nobody in my office will go there anymore. This place should be shut down.

Agreed. Service is not the best. The food and cleanliness is 4 stars. Not sure who owns this franchise but it’s advisable that you reinforce to your staff that listening more and less attitude is key to keeping your customer base. Despite the poor service with occasional eye roll, the food is good and location was close to my client site. Is come back again even if it’s bad service bc that can be corrected.

Not a fan of the service at this Subway. As the employee made my sandwich(C. Mason), she had a cell phone earpiece in. She was carrying on a conversation, raising her voice to the person, while waiting on me. This is not my idea of customer service. In the future, I will drive a couple miles down Clayton Road to go the location at Lamp and Lantern Village.

I was excited to learn that there was a subway so close to my new job until I realized it was being staffed by two of the most incompetent people on this planet. It was pre rush hour and I was the only patron in the restaurant, but these two eat fresh divas made my sandwich like a couple of toddlers playing with play-doh. Eating at subway generally means I gave up on life that day, but this experience was especially depressing.

This is the WORST service from a Subway, I have ever experienced. This location is in a very good neighborhood and a very nice shopping center(small center with upscale stores), you would expect much better than ghetto service! Walking in I was not greeted-except by the«girl» behind the counter taping her fingernails-I suppose I was deciding to slowly for her(no one else was in the place eating or waiting to order). I specifically stated«lightly toasted» 3 times, trying to talk over the 3 female employees conversations(something about someones baby daddy-and pizza). Then as I am trying to order, their pizza delivery came in-and the«manager» who kept trying to rush me to pay and I hadn’t even finished telling what I wanted on my sandwich-loudly tells the pizza delivery guy that she is not tipping him, she would never tip a «pizza delivery person:…BTW today is not just cold at 22 degrees and colder in the wind, but it is snowing and roads are icy-just another reason to tip a delivery driver if you ask me! And on a note-my sandwich was overly dry and crispy! Horrible customer service–
