I am a big Subway customer. I love how tasty the subs are for the low calorie content. I live right next to this subway on Euclid and go there very often. Today is my last time to go to this disgusting place. Here’s why: 1. The manager, a short elderly lady whose name I can’t remember, for the second time, scoffed at me for ordering a chopped salad. Why? Because«chopping the salad makes her tired.» Then, she«punished» me by putting only two tomatoes in there, a pea-sized amount of lettuce, and pretty much made me a 6 dollar salad the size of a side salad you can get from Arby’s. And take it form me, I am one of their best customers. She asked if I was going to get my usual drink. Not this time. This above situation occurred once before. I let it go because I thought she was having a bad day. But, two strikes means very very bad business. This is not the only reason why you should avoid this place. 2. The workers there are VERYVERYSLOW. I have gone to many other subways in many other states where I live. It should not take long to master the art of making a sandwich. 3. The workers are also very stingy with the ingredients. I don’t know how many times I have to say, «Add more this. Add more that.» This is very bad business. They lost a very good customer. There are Jimmy John’s, Einstein Bagels, and Panera very close by. These will e my go-to chains from here on out, even if the price is a little higher, until this store changes management.

SUPERSLOW. Be prepared to wait. Understaffed during off peak times so if you have folks in front of you it’ll be a while. On top of that there is no sense of urgency even though its already slow and people are in line. Better options around.

Really the only fast food place(other than Jimmy john’s) open in CWE that is open late. Regularly open to midnight.

Sub was good the staff was very slow and didn’t seem to care if I was waited on or not. However the other girl working made amends by fixing my order and my sandwich was made correctly so I have very little complaint besides $ 5 is a deal.

Servers were rude and slow. Maybe it was getting to the end of their shift or something, but I waited and waited for them to compete my sandwich and they kept blowing my request off. There were other customers behind me and they were filling their orders and toppings first before they finally completed mine. Then they wrapped mine, but still did not check me out until they wrapped everyone elses. It was wierd. Not your typical Subway experience. The cookie was fresh though and the food was okay.

How can you not like Subway? They have decent sandwiches and are pretty cheap. Where else can you get a footlong meatball sandwich for $ 5? Really I only like Subway’s hot sandwiches, like the meat ball, since I generally think that the turkey and ham taste like they have water added. Subway may not be the best sandwich place in the CWE(Pickles, Jimmy Johns, STL bread Co.) but they are decent and relatively cheap. Also they have my favorite meatball. This store is actually pretty cool for a subway and every time I have gone in there the staff has been friendly so no complaints about anything or anyone there.
