Took my engagement ring(which was purchased in 1922) to get resized here, great customer service! When I got my ring back it looked like new! Staff was very friendly, very large showroom also with lots of options, we will be back for my wedding band and fiancé’s ring!

Poor Customer Service. We went in here looking for a work wedding band for my husband because he does heavy construction. We were greeted promptly, but as soon as Mimi found out we were looking at «cheaper» rings she rushed us through. Never mind we just bought my ring 2 weeks ago to the tune of $ 5k at this place and they were nice then. We went back cause the service we got from Gay was GREAT, but Mimi was abrasive and I can’t tell you how many times she repeated«you get what you pay for». Then she found out we purchased my ring here cause Gay asked how I like my ring. Then Mimi’s attitude changed. Sad thing is one bad experience will wipe out ten good ones. They just lost 2 customers due to Mimi’s abrasive attitude. Don’t expect good customer service unless you are spending alot.

Comes off as a pawn store. High prices for Walmart style jewelry. Decent parking if you can find the place. The store was cleanish. No foul odors until a employee opened his mouth to ask to help us.

Quite possibly the worst jewelry shopping experience I’ve ever had. Nestled into an industrial court is this joke of a jewelry store. We decided to drop in due to the amount of advertisements we’d heard as of late. The store was empty and a female sales person asked to help. We told her what we was looking for and while I’m describing my tastes she starts pulling out random rings asking, do you like this? What about this? No? Well what about this? Clearly she didn’t hear a thing I said. She seemed terribly uncomfortable with a same sex couple buying rings, shortly after, she passed us off to another employee(after briefing him in a glass room where we could see them) he showed us 2 rings then told us their inventory was low & to check back later. Not super interested in selling us anything. I think they thought we might not spend big money since we were only in our sweats and sweatshirts that day. Jokes on you Jewelry Exchange. We went directly after to The Shane Company and were treated like royalty from beginning to end. (And purchased BOTH our rings on the spot) Moral of the story is… Never judge a book by its cover. You lost a sale equivalent to a new car today!

I thought the ppl at JE were awesome. They helped me find exactly what I wanted and we ended up creating a custom piece of jewlery. I gave them my price range and we ended up 500 below! They didn’t push me to more expensive items. They were awesome!

Honestly not sure what all the negative reviews are from but I’ve had nothing but professional service and a gorgeous ring much cheaper than anywhere else including Shane company. Direction get off on Page make left right before you get to Quiktrip, not sure why that’s so hard. Richard was our sales associate he was informative helpful friendly and mindful without being pushy, Most importantly and I do mean most importantly she’s happy with the ring that she chose it just so happened that we found her ring here. Loved our experience.

If you are considering purchasing anything here, I would walk away. I bought my wife’s engagement ring here about 2 years ago at this location and it was a nightmare! Their sales tactic is to show you a bunch of rings with very very noticeable flaws. You think to yourself… why do they even attempt to sell these? Then… they pull out a one of a kind, low low priced diamond that will SURELY not last if you have to think about it. As much as I loathed their feeble attempt at selling me this ring, I had been looking for a while and they had the diamond and ring at a reasonable price. When I proposed to my wife, I hadn’t had it sized yet. It was a 1 ct. round cut diamond with a micro-pave ring that had a 4 prong Tiffany style mounting. We took it to get it sized together and when we got the ring back, there was a different mounting. As we brought it to their attention, they said that was what comes with the ring. WHAT? Shortly after, there were 2 of the diamonds in her ring that fell out of her band. We brought it back again and guess what they said… SORRY. Now(2 years later) 9 of the diamonds in the band are gone! BEAWARE. they are not certified diamonds and they don’t insure their rings for a suitable amount of time. Long story short, they are cheesy con men who care about making a sale on the spot instead of their customer satisfaction.

I’ve been here once and was not terribly impressed. Im sure other people would agree that’s it’s pretty difficult to find driving wise. They were completely dead when I went in, which was kind of odd. Although my sales associate was very nice and helpful. Since I discovered Shane Co I probably won’t be coming back here.

The service was amazing at this store. On my very first time in my wife was able to find a beautiful Tanzanite ring which was roughly ½ the price that Jared’s was offering. The service and staff was so nice and helpful that we will keep going back for a very long time.
