called from out of state to have flowers sent to my cousin for her graduation from cosmetology school and they were so fantastic to work with. Sunny helped my get my order just right and was really helpful with making sure my vision was executed by them… on top of that their work was beautiful, received photos of my bouquet and was very impressed with the quality and quantity of flowers. thanks so much for all your help, you made my cousin’s special day that much better. I’ll be sure to use you in the future.

I have used Walter Knoll Florist for many years. I have not one complaint. The product is always high quality and delivered in a timely manner. The prices are in line with other florists in the area. I have sent flowers across town and across the country for birthdays, get well wishes, holidays and funerals. WKF has never disappointed — well, take that back — to be honest, I can’t exactly remember the situation but just a few years ago, something wasn’t right with the delivery and they went waaaay beyond to make it right. I really appreciated that. One more thing, they have a rewards program where you get points for each purchase so you can earn free flowers — BONUS!

I was so pleased with the basket of flowers and stepping stone arrangement I ordered for a memorial service. The service was not held at a church or funeral home, so I was somewhat concerned about delivery. I did not need to be. WKF took care of it. Not only was delivery handled well, the arrangement was absolutely gorgeous. Freshest of flowers and beautifully arranged. Exceeded my expectations. I will be using Walter Knoll Florist whenever possible. Couldn’t give them any higher recommendation.

Great service from Judy! After Dierbergs failed to even deliver my flowers. I canceled my order at 1pm from dierbergs and Walter knoll had my flower to the house by 4:30!!!
