I scheduled an appointment for over a month ago, received paperwork by mail, and walked into their office this morning expecting to be helped and let me say I am very dissatisfied. They are by far the most outdated doctors office I’ve ever visited. With only one computer and no Internet access or WiFi, they run completely on physical sheets of paper. Given that my insurance does almost all of its work online, this was a problem with their receptionist. She wasn’t working with me at all and was giving me no options or help. I had my mother fax my card print out, however their fax machine hadnt even received it after 20ish minutes. I took my papers and walked out. There is no way I am paying or leaving my personal information with people who have little to no security in their office, as their files are displayed clearly behind the counter. Overall I wouldn’t trust them with anything. I’m sure the doctor is great, but how can I trust his practice if it is so outdated? Who’s to say his medicine practice isn’t outdated as well? Over all I would not recommend them to ANYONE. Keep your identify safe and pick another place. They won’t work with you if you’re from this century.

I think the best way to rate this dermatologist is to say that my skin wasn’t clear before I saw him, and now it is! Whoohoo! 5 stars! Friendly office, low wait time, etc.

So far, so good. I’ve only been a couple times now, so there’s room to improve this review. Easily located, small operation but comfortable. Very friendly people. I didn’t have to wait much — if at all– both in the main waiting room or in the patient room. I’m happy so far!

I just moved back to town and for the first time since I was a teen, I needed to visit the dermotologist(sadly). Dr. Ziegler was recommended by my aunt. I definitely will be a return patient — he was nice, friendly and to the point. The only problem is he talks really really really really fast, so as he was giving me instructions it was hard to take it all in. He wrote down everything I was supposed to do, too, but of course his hand writing is impossible to read! Ha!
