Update: it’s been almost 2 weeks and they still have not returned my money. Very shady and dishonest bail company. Save your friends and family members from getting ripped off while trying to help. Use any one of the dozen other bail agents who are within a block radius

I have a sad review regarding the customer service and compassion of this team. On 4÷3÷15,’ I posted bail for a friend at 10am. I called several times that day and asked for status reports, I was told they were gathering paperwork for several clients who needed the same service, so not to worry they would be on their way any minute. They never went to post bail, in fact by 11pm, (13hours later) they had not gone to post his $ 5k bond so he could be released. Thankfully my friend had the insight to call Aladdin bail bonds, (just two blocks away on Main Street. The entire process from start to finish was less than 2 hours.)
When I called bail hotline the next day Anthony informed me they had been «really busy» the day before and couldn’t get to his paperwork.

If you’re ever arrested in Northern California, you need to cal an remember BAIL HOTLINE… If they cant get you out, nobody can!
