They would not even honor a contract they wrote to sell us laundry equipment. They are very high prices anyway. They have many issues with their sells team. DONOT Trust them!

It was the worst experience I ever had just dealing with the machines sold by this company. No customer service, machine constantly break down, expensive(if you can get it to even work), overcharged. Good job on giving us horrible service while taking money out of my wallet.

Our apt. complex switched to BDS system washers and dryers recently. While you’d think that using credit/debit cards instead of cash would be convenient, it comes with its own host of problems: –It’s more expensive. Our laundry used to cost $ 1 per load(washer or dryer). Now it costs 1.90 to wash and a 1.65 to dry. –If the internet is malfunctioning, you can’t use the machines. This has been the case with one of our laundry rooms for about a week. It would be nice if the option to use coins still existed. All in all, I’d gladly take back the inconvenience of going to the bank for quarters. If there are any landlords reading these reviews PLEASE just stick with your janky old coin washers and dryers. Or maybe go with a different company?

Administrative elements? Terrible. Non-responsive. We inherited their laundry in the house we bought. We continued using them while the existing renters transitioned out but they required all kinds of hand holding. They never came to fix the faulty washer that only runs with hot water and took forever to respond to phone calls and messages to come get their washer and dryer. They guys who came to disconnect the appliances, however — helpful, accommodating, pleasant, hard-working gents. The only reason I adjusted their review to two stars from negative one billion.

They installed laundry machines in my apartment complex earlier this week, and I went down to do laundry in them for the first time this evening. If you want the short version of why I’ve gave them one star here it is: My laundry is still unwashed. If you want to know why I could give negative stars if I could, read on. About a week before BDS put in their laundry machines I get a letter from them saying the transition will be taking place. I knew this would mean prices would be raised, and was upset that it’s now going to cost me at $ 1.15 more per load to do laundry. The letter from BDS said our cards would come with $ 4 loaded on them. So I go down to use it today and… nothing. Error, says the washing machine. I make my way back up to my apartment, and see if there’s anything I need to do online. After presumably registering my card, I attempt to add value to it, thinking I’ll add about $ 5 or so… NOPE! The smallest amount I can add is $ 15! I’m a single woman, I don’t do 5 loads of laundry a week, I do not need $ 15 of laundry services. But I do it anyway, charging it to my debit card and getting a code. Now, apparently what I have to do is take the laundry card over to the payment station(which is in another building), enter the card, enter my code and I’ll be good to go. I walk over to the other building with my laundry card, enter it in and… unsupported card the payment station reads. I try entering the code, then entering the card… nope. I go back to my apartment to double check I have the code correctly, growing more frustrated by the minute. I have it correct. Noticing that the payment station had an option to buy another card, I decide to go this route, thinking there’s a small possibility I got a faulty card. I head back to the payment station, debit card in hand, and look to buy another card(surprise, surprise, again my lowest option is $ 15). I swipe my debit card and am actually a bit shocked when a new laundry card spits out of the machine. Awesome, I think, it’s easy from here. WRONG! Back to the laundry room where I follow the instructions listed to get the washer working. I enter my card, select my cycle, push start and… nothing happens. I try again, and the word HOLD appears on the screen and nothing I do can take it off. I’m getting more and more upset now, and neither card seems to be working(also, if I interpreted the numbers on the screen when I put the card in, I may only have $ 10, instead of the $ 15 I paid for). I decide to switch my clothing to the other washer, thinking maybe it’s the washer, and not the card that’s the cause of all of this. The same thing. Follow the instructions, they don’t work, HOLD appears, etc. etc. Curious, I decide to see if I can get a dryer going. When I put my card in there(trying both the complimentary one, and the one I just purchased) I get an error message. At this point, I give up. I haul my laundry out of the washer(which hasn’t started), and back up to my apartment. Wanting to talk to someone at BDS I call their customer service number. When no one picks up, I am 100% not surprised. Who needs customer service available on weekends? Apparently this company only works M-F, during the day. You know, when most of their unwilling customers are at work. So, as I can see it, I may or may not have spent $ 30 on laundry services tonight, the washing machines are likely still on hold, and I’ll be using my lunch break tomorrow to speak with someone at BDS… provided they answer their phones.
