Love this place. Food is always great, great selection of beers on tap, service has always been quite attentive whether we get a table or I sit at the bar. If my game isn’t showing I’m always able to get a screen switched for me.

The worst service I have ever had. Every single time I come here the staff is obviously uninterested in the guests. I love buffalo wild wings but cannot go to this location without being ignored by a server for 20 minutes without being acknowledged. I am a server and truly believe they need more servers in the bar area at night since one person cannot handle it. Don’t come here if you are hungry because it takes forever!

Not. Happy. I asked for 10 bone in wings extra crispy. That was over 20 minutes ago. The restaurant is nearly empty(see photos). Server waited almost 18 minutes after I ordered to come to my table and feed me a BS line about how extra crispy takes 20 minutes. I know this b/c I sent a text right after I ordered. Well then, STP must operate on a different time schedule than every other BWW I have been to in the last two years, asking for the same and never having it take this long. Especially, again, given the lack of a crowd, so not impressed. I’ll go to the St. Charles location next time.

This place really struggles with getting orders correct. We ordered fried pickles as part of our takeout and we didn’t get sauce. Half of my wings were sauced incorrectly. Additionally a while back my boyfriend had a piece of hair intertwined in his boneless wings. All they did was get him a new order of wings. They didn’t offer to compensate for the 6 inch piece of hair he almost ingested. I really love the food but this place needs to get it together. I think it will be a while before I consider wasting my money at this place again.

The food was great! Just wanted to start with that. The service gets 1 star. We called in and placed a to-go order, we showed up 15 minutes later and the hostess informed us she forgot to put the order in. Then, instead of simply apologizing, she gave us about 3 excuses as to why she forgot to put the order in. 15 minutes later, she brought out our food and the boxes were covered in sticky wing sauce. It’s just frustrating. Although this location is closer, my wife and I are going to the Highway K location 100% of the time from here on out.

So, we haven’t been here for a while and now I know why. First of all, it took almost 10 minutes for the server to greet us and bring menus. Did I mention that we are in the bar and there is only 2 other tables of people? My husband ordered a beer which the server promptly forgot the flavor and had to come back and ask. The bartender took almost 10 minutes to pour it because she has no idea how to pour a proper beer. The server also didn’t ask what size and just assumed he wanted the larger more expensive one. The cheese curds came out right away nice and hot but half the size of what I remember. For the same price of the total bill, we could have gone to sushi and had a much better meal. This is no longer a cheap quality option and I might not be back.

VERY poor service. The waitress was unapologetically slow, inattentive and quite clueless as to what it means to give good customer service. After a very long wait for our food(3 orders of wings, 1 fish taco, 1 basket of potato wedges), she brought our food but no silverware or napkins — we had to ask for those items. After waiting 5 minutes she brought us plastic ware and napkins — they were«out» of silverware — according to her the bartender didn’t have time to wash the silverware… she also forgot the potato wedges comes with sour cream and again I had to wait 5 minutes before she brought it out to us. After we ate she failed to clear ANYTHING from our table, even though we stayed an hour after finishing our food. The fish tacos were very, very boring. Fried fish filet, lettuce and a couple pieces of diced tomatoes. That’s it — no sauce, nothing. To top off our miserable experience, the picture on the big TVs were so dark it was difficult to see the picture clearly. All in all it was the worst experience we’d ever had at a BWW. Stay away from this location!

Food– Good wings. Loved the Asian Zing flavor. The cheesecake bites were to die for! The waitress was very friendly(Trained friendly, not genuine. Kinda like the guy from Chochke’s on «office space») Here’s the not so good part. This place sucks to watch the Rams game. The big TV’s were so dark you couldn’t see anything. The ones that you could see, were tiny and high up. My neck hurts now. No volume on the game, which is important also. I think from now on, i’ll stick with my 60″ HDTV at home. Will be back for the food though.

The food was great, try the salt and vinegar fries. Our waitress justice was not great. We asked if the fries came with salt and vinegar seasoning and she said«is that what it says?» We couldn’t tell if she was being sarcastic or not but that was not appropriate. Maybe it was her first day but still, she should have said something other than that. She was nice the rest of the night.

BWW is good for what it is. It’s not the best wings in the world or anything but it gets the job done! I really do like their wide variety of sauces. That’s nice. Something for everyone. I personally like the medium, Parmesan garlic, and the honey barbecue. They’re great to come with a large group to watch games. That’s probably what I like most about BWW. The drinks are pretty weak, so I always get a beer here. Over all service is hit or miss but it’s decently cheap and I get to see all the games. Can’t go wrong.

Still Horrible Service! Ever have a server ARGUE with you about what you ordered? The ONLY reason to patronize this place is when you can’t see the game elsewhere. This sports bar oriented ‘restaurant’ continues to hire uncaring, and disinterested servers; or provides absolutely no training on how to serve a customer. The over-priced food and beverages pay for the sports programming; I get that. But that’s no excuse to treat customers poorly. The best thing one can say about the food is that it is at least safe to eat, according to the A on the door. Our server the other night got two out of three items wrong, and then proceeded to tell us that we were wrong and that we actually ordered what the kitchen delivered. Sorry Charlie, you assumed wrong when I ordered naked wings. Then you ignored us until a supervisor took over for you. I’m only here for the entertainment; certainly not the service.

BWW is a bi-weekly, if not weekly, place that we like to eat at. My brother has been going here longer than I have, so whenever we go one of the cocktail waitresses will know us and take great care of us. Cold beer, lots of TVs to watch sports, smoking at the bar, all in all great spot for lunch, dinner, or just some drinks after work. I try and get something different every time I go because it all looks so good… I haven’t been disappointed yet!

Lets start with the obvious, it’s a BWW so the menu is same as all. I always end up getting boneless wings as I have a pretty healthy beard and eating bone in tends to be messy in public. The wings here are always fresh and sauced nicely. I’ve been to this location a couple dozen times and I’ve always had a pleasant experience service wise. Always friendly and quick for a busy BWW, as I come during UFC or Blues games. All in all a great BWW location.

Went here to watch the Super Bowl. The set up to watch sports is really good. Lots of TVs and plenty of room. Everything else about his place sucks. 1. Food is about the worst I’ve ever tasted. Wings were gross(odd considering the name), nachos were awful and finished up the experience with a burger that looked great in the picture but was absolutely awful! I seriously think you have to try and make food this bad. 2. Service is ok. It was a bit odd that they started cleaning up the restaurant before the game ended. The smell of bleach actually made their disgusting food taste better! I guess I would go back here but only to drink and watch sports. Eat somewhere else or bring in day old cold McDonalds because its a huge upgrade to what they serve here!

Im from Southern California and we don’t have any of these as of this review in my home town. I love wings, so I said why not? I had a good experience here. The place is huge! I had good service. The prices seemed very fair to me. I had 18 wings(not on special at the time of my visit) and 2 large beers and it was a little over twenty bucks. My food was awesome. I just don’t like that you can smoke inside. Its freaking GROSS!!! I think thats a state thing and not a restaurant rule, but I really think it needs to change. The last thing I want is to be eating with the person next to me smoking.

We were out today, doing some random errands, and decided it was a good day to try out some boneless wings on «Boneless Thursday». We were say by a nice fellow, and waited on by an even nicer lass. The food was great, and the service was awesome. We have tried a few different wing sauces in our day, so here is the lowdown on the good and the bad. Good: 1. Great wing sauce selection. 2. Very quick service; food comes fast. 3. Boneless Thursdays and Wing Tuesdays are a great value. 4. Other«Non-Wing» food selections are decent as well. My personal favorite is the soft pretzel and cheese appetizer. It’s freaking amazing, and only $ 5. 5. Our server was very interactive and kept my drink full. That’s a huge plus for me since I am a talker and a soda drinker. :) Bad: 1. I think wings are generally overpriced, so I only go on Tuesdays and Thursdays. 2. No other complaints. :) I will continue to go back to this Buffalo Wild Wings for years to come. We have tried almost all of the sauces. Today I had«Caribbean Jerk» and«Buffalo Dry Rub», my wife tried«Teriyaki» and«Wild». Both of mine were simply delicious, and hers were pretty dang good too. No complaints from either of us. So far, my favorite sauces are the«Salt and Vinegar» dry rub and the«Jammin’ Jalapeño». They are both home runs!!! I am NOT a sports guy, and this place still caters to my needs. Give them a shot, it’s a win-win situation no matter what.

It is what it is. This place is generally consistant like most BW3’s. It is usually my go to when traveling for something quick and laid back. Great atmosphere for sports. My kids love it too. The only thing that is confusing to me is that my kids love the smiley face fries and they no longer have them in St. Louis. Curious why that is.

Like every Buffalo WIld Wings I have been to it holds true to its its predessors. Great place to watch a game or go with friends with great food. ALthough like the rest of the buffalo wild wings. They will cut you off if they think you drank to much of there over priced drinks and the service is slow slow slow
