If I could give zero stars, I would. While I understand that David’s generally operates on an appointment schedule, I would expect to be at least greeted upon entry, or at a bare minimum within a reasonable amount of time. My bridal party and I were attempting to look at dresses and were not so much as acknowledged in the first 40 minutes we were there. After making the determination that the service would be non-existent, we went to another bridal shop, were promptly greeted, and purchased our dresses. Would not waste my time on this place. Customer service and common courtesy are pretty basic, and David’s doesn’t even meet ‘basic’.

I came here with my best friend to help her find her dress. The first time we came in the lady Colleen was absolutely wonderful. She made us feel so welcome and really helped us out to find the perfect dress. We came in later so all of us bridesmaids could find our dresses. This is where it went downhill. No one was there to help us, and the place wasn’t even that busy. No one was there to answer our questions. If I actually got the chance to ask one we were just given an eye roll and then passed off to someone else. Throughout the entire process of picking out a dress, alterations, and making sure everything was perfect it was a nightmare. Basically with the exception of the one stylist that was awesome the rest of them suck! They do not care about customer service or customer satisfaction. It was just a horrible experience. Definitely won’t be coming back!

My first experience at davids was great, that was for another girls wedding and that’s the only reason they are getting 2 stars. My bridesmaid dress appointment was going well until she told me the dress that i had picked– one that she brought out for me to look at, was discontinued in my wedding color. I had specifically asked her to make sure of this. When we got to the register for one of my bridesmaids to order her dress she told me she had made a mistake. I do believe this poor girl felt bad, but it was her job to be sure of what she was telling me and she was extremely wrong. I will never be back to this location, I hadn’t heard much good before and now I know why!

They got me in, they got me out. I tried on dresses and was hustled out the door when I decided on a dress, but they didn’t have my size in stock. The seamstress was also trying to sell me alterations more expensive than the dress, that would have left my boobs looking lopsided.(I know enough about sewing to know that you have to let out both sides of a dress to make it even). They get 2 stars instead of 1, because I did end up buying my dress from David’s Bridal. I just ordered in online and shipped no problem. David’s is really like the Wal-Mart of wedding dresses, so keep that in mind when you shop.
