I had my A/C worked on was told it was fixed and note«I PAID» for it. The worker left telling me that I needed it to run for awhile. That evening when going to bed the A/C was showing a temp of 96 degrees. I called that evening and then again at 2:00pm the following afternoon to see when they would return. The young lady who answered the phone told me that they would be out some time that day. That there were other customers with bigger problems and ultimately this was all my fault due to the fact that I did not purchase a new A/C unit from them last year when it was suggested to me. I hung up on the young lady and asked to speak to the owner who told me that she stood behind her receptionist and I should have had a new system installed and that they«Do Not Believe in the Customer is Always Right» way of handeling things. WOW At no time when I had my system serviced this time was I told I needed a new A/C unit and when I pay someone to come out and service my A/C and I pay for it and they tell me it is working and it does not, I expect that company to be kind and understanding and WANT to fix the issue not fight me on it. An I’m sorry or we apologize goes a long way. I had only called to see when someone was coming out and only wanted them to give me an idea.
Note: I have been a customer of theirs for 10 years. As of this day I will no longer use them and I suggest the same for anyone else. They will try to up sell you. Seems to be the name of the game for a lot of companies these days and if something goes wrong don’t plan on being treated right. I have a copy of the receipt and would be willing to show it to you. No where on the receipt does it state I need a new A/C Unit.
