Matt, the Manager, is very professional, courteous and goes above and beyond what is expected to be sure his customers are completely satisfied. I had a slight issue with some things that weren’t made clear and Matt contacted me first thing the next day and had resolved and addressed my concerns before the end of the day. This was by far one of the most pleasant purchase experience I have had. It could have been the worst, but Matt made sure to turn things around. When I need a new mattress this will definitely be the place I will go. Thank you Matt! :-)
