Books At Park Place

This is reminscent of a true book store. It features the books, not coffee houses or things to eat. The books are reasonable and you feel like you have stepped into a space where the world is at your feet and you can get lost in the magic of the books. When a space can transpire you then you have found books.

Decided to stop in after getting some ice cream next door. I love bookstores! So was excited to stop in here. There were three people at the front counter– two ladies behind and a man sitting next to it.
We did a quick browse through and left. Nothing of interest really caught my eye. There was a sign out front that said there was a psychic on site. That’s kinda cool I guess. other than that nothing really made me want to stay and browse for long. They had a small selection of books, some games and gaming stuff, saw some of those cool adult coloring books displayed in their window– which I thought about going back in to see how much they were but then decided not to.
No one approached us while we were in there to ask if we were looking for anything or needed help. or said hi or bye when we left. I guess they were too busy conversating with each other. I will stick to Wilson’s Book World as their selection is bigger and I feel more at home there with the friendly owners.
