Saturday first time at Code bar at the flamingo– great sound system, clean, no icky smokers. Bar tender Kevin at front bar very friendly. Nice crowd — having a nice time — drag show up front and a leather bar over back w good bartenders too. Was fun going back n forth between the two — nuff said !

If you’re not turned off right away from this place, you’ll have a great time. I’ve seen and had some fun times here. While not all drink deals apply here, the dancers are worth it. If you’re looking for a wild night this is the vast place to go for LGBT fun.

What the hell happened to this place? I used to come here all the time when I lived in St. Pete…had some of the greatest times here. Used to be a seedy little dive bar where a lot of fun went on. Awesome people, awesome times. Now… twinky bartenders with a whole lot of attitude, not friendly at all! I’m so sad! It used to be so much fun, even for a fat guy like me! Came in tonight and it was as if I was interrupting to order my beer! I guess I’ll go to Georgie’s!

This is an odd little hole-​in-​the-​wall bar at the Flamingo Resort.
We were here during the week and there were a few locals in there but the bar itself looks like its out of a trashy, dark 80’s movie.
It looks like they spent a weekend building it out, put up a card table, stacked it with booze and opened a «bar».
It’s pretty smoky /​nasty inside, we couldn’t force ourselves to stay longer than 5 minutes.
