Called and spoke with the owner James. I had insulation coming thtough the vent. He came out and repaired the matter. He is very polite, professional and I will definitely use his services again.

James works with the Duke Insulation Program and honored the estimated price given by Duke. He answered as soon as I called and came out the next day to put in insulation in our attic. He called about 15 minutes before coming to give us a heads up and was prompt for his appointment time. He cleaned up after the job and was very friendly. Great company to hire!

I recently discovered that a rodent problem undetected for years had destroyed all of the insulation and air ducts in my attic. I also discovered how unscrupulous people can be and the prevalence of shysters who will use your misfortune as an opportunity to line their pockets. Not DeRusha. James and his team were honest, professional, and supportive throughout the process of removing the old insulation, disinfecting the attic, and replacing the insulation with rodent and insect resistant stuff. I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by DeRusha.

I have emailed and call this contractor several times over about a 21 day period this month and NO CALL BACK! I understand that I am a homeowner and not a contractor, but please at least have the decency and professionalism to return phone calls.
