Good Fella’s Master Barbershop

This really sucks to write because I’ve been looking for a good barber shop in st. Pete, and I thought I finally found it. I’ve been here three times and the second time when Omar cut my hair, it was the best haircut that I’ve ever had in my life. But none of that can excuse the way that they treat their customers. I came in there on a slow Friday, there were three barbers. There was one person in front of me, and he started cutting his hair about 5 minutes after I got there. Two of The Barbers finished at about the same time and they both went out for a smoke break. Not just a smoke break but they even came in grab the soda and went back outside. They were out there for about 15 minutes, hanging out, eating, on the phone.
Meanwhile back in the shop to more people are behind me. I waited there for 45 minutes before I decided I don’t want to be treated like this and left. I walked right past them and they didn’t say anything just watch me drive away as they continue to sit outside and smoke.
They’re very good barbers but I don’t have the time to sit and wait for a haircut for all that time especially after a long day at work, without acknowledging that I’ve been patiently waiting all that time. I understand that it can be stressful and long hours, but that doesn’t excuse treating their customers that way.
If it’s a laid back approach you want to take, that’s cool, but at least be conscious of how you’re making the customer feel.

Came in for the first time today. Pretty much the only shop open on Mother’s Day, with that, Stephen did a hell of a job. He was meticulous on the smallest of things, and took his time. Cut came out just as I had hoped.
Definitely coming again

I won’t get my haircut anywhere else all the barbers are great. The owner really knows how to run a barbershop!

«The Girl» is my go to for a great haircut. She cuts it exactly how I want it and doesn’t go off on her own. She’s got a great personality and the shop is open on Sunday’s!

If you are looking for a quality barber shop in St Pete then you should definitely stop in to Goodfellas. Marcus is a true artist. It’s very important to me that the person who is working on my appearance takes pride in their work, for this reason Goodfellas has earned my business.

This was one of the few barbershops open on Sunday. I messed up my hair trying to give myself a fade and needed it fixed before the work week.
The only person there was a woman, and later a man showed up. After my experience at Tim’s (all women barbers) and my mom, seeing a woman barber kind of raised up a red flag based on my previous experiences. Not in a sexist sense (I do NOT care about a «male atmosphere»), but more along the lines of: did I come to the right place? Because I really want my edges done and a proper fade.
I was pleasantly surprised. I gave minimal details of what I want: correct my botch fade and my hairline edges. After disappointing experiences, you lower your expectations and requests naturally. After maybe 30 minutes of work, felt even longer, with lots of attention to detail, I finally got to see what it looked like and wow!
My hair/​head doesn’t feel worthless anymore and I am totally going to get my haircut more often now that I know how nice it can look!
There’s no reason not to give them 5 stars, but I’ll adjust my rating as I visit other barbers in the area. It’s safe to say you can come here for quality results though.

Marcus does some of the best fades and high and tights. Definitely worth checking out and they encourage walk in business.

Great cut. Markus was easy going and knew what I wanted. This is a no nonsense barbershop that does good cuts. A+

I have to update my review because the last guy that cut my hair was unable to do a «tapered» haircut, he sort of faked it and I knew it but it was my wife who called it.
