Love the energy in this place! Just witnessing the way the staff interact with the cafes patron is awesome. My ginger tangerine tea was a nice blend and the décor is great as well. Lots of locals coming in and relaxing, chatting & reading. Very relaxed atmosphere, I’m still here after checking in about 3 hrs ago lol. Kelsey is so personable and a ball of energy!

I want to like this place but the coffee is just plain okay and the prices are high in my opinion. Maybe my taste buds are broken? You decide, but I will say I don’t take issue with Starbucks or fresh coffee I brew at home. They have free wi-fi, are really polite, and offer to make you another drink if you don’t like the one you got– which begs the question if they already suspect you won’t like your drink? Of course, I’m not going to ask for a new one… but that’s just me. If you want a coffee shop in the area though, this is THE option though… unless you want to compete for cell phone call real estate with the not-quite-bathed trainees at the Starbucks on post…(oh and I love our military, don’t misunderstand)

Really cute place! I had big expectations but my coffee was not really all that good. I had the lavender white chocolate. Kinda blah! But the service was super friendly and I plan to go back and try something different. Went back and had the standard espresso. Perfect! Going back for more.

The most eclectic place in Saint Roberts. I felt like I was back home in Atlanta or visiting a hole in the wall in Santa Barbara. For the big city people rant are stuck in a small town for a wild, this place brings u home. The atmosphere is awesome!

Coffee was amazing, the interior was really relaxing and clean. Most importantly, the service was great. The barista was extremely witty and she made the whole experience even better. I can’t wait to go back!

Vibe: The moment I walked up to the doors, I knew I would love this place. The atmosphere was so homey and lovely. This place is definitely a place where I would love to study at. I love the mixed match furniture and adorable decorations on their walls. The ultimate hipster stop. Service: The staff was so friendly and helpful in recommending me a beverage. They were very knowlegdable in explaining their coffee and food choices. Coffee and food: They recommended the dirty chai vanilla bean coffee with almond milk. It was deliciously creamy with a hint of sweetness and the espresso(hence the«dirty») was not overpowering.

This place was GREAT. Our group all got a breakfast item and we got coffee too. We got our food to go and it was absolutely delicious. The presentation was very nice, too, which was very impressive considering we got a lot of food, to go at that. The coffee was very well brewed. If I could, I’d give Luna Java more stars than just 5 :-)

Cute and quick! THANK the heavens St Robert got wise and put in a coffee shop! Staff is polite and atmosphere is cute. It is kind of small but not to small that people are cramped. We’re probably going to make another trip there before leaving town. Coffee tasted great!

If you’re serious about your coffee, then look no further. Everything you’d expect of a coffee house & you could drop this joint on the west coast and it would compete. The vibe is organic and laid back and the staff is friendly. If you have an expectation for what quality java is, you’ll be pleasantly pleased.

I really love this little place. The coffee could be a little sweeter when you get a latte but the atmosphere is fantastic and the food they have, which varies, is all very good. I’ve had the ham and cheese omelet, the bacon, egg and cheese bagel, the avocado and eggs, and blueberry crepes. They have all been such a nice portion and fantastic tasting. I will definitely be bringing my husband here on our coffee dates!

Best coffee in the area. There is just something special about its flavor. Luna java is a quant coffee shop setting. Where women are out for the after noon with freinds, and few bloggers working away. Environment is extremely relaxing. They also have daily pastries if you have not tried one I highly suggest you do. Last time I was in they had a white chocolate cherry muffin. It was amazing!!!

I love this place! The coffee is exceptionally brewed. The Batista’s know what they are doing and helped me choose the right roast(light, medium, or dark) and different varieties they have within that roast! I have not had their drip coffee, I have them hand brew me a cup and it is awesome! The whole atmosphere is very eclectic and feels life home. I would normally give a coffee shop $ for being inexpensive and depending on what you get it is inexpensive, however for a small hand brewed coffee its around 4.50 so it does get pricey for a coffee shop when you order a more time consuming beverage. The quality and taste is worth it! So I will give is $$ for a coffee shop, but once again it depends on what you buy. Highly recommend!

This place is fantastic. Came here with a friend early on a Tuesday. Service: The staff seemed very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable about their products. We ordered in and they brought our muffins to the table! Ambiance: Kitschy. Lots of mismatched furniture and little knick-knacks abound. There are still remnants of former tenant Kyoto(their large sign is still outside above the shop, there’s a large lucky cat sitting atop a cabinet) but Luna has done a lot to make it their own. There’s a small children’s play area in the corner of the shop. Their tip basket isn’t located at the register, but at the counter where coffee comes out. Yes, the shop does have free wifi. Coffee and food: This shop uses Kaldi’s coffee, an excellent roaster out of St. Louis. I got the pumpkin spice latte, which was delicious and unsweetened. My boyfriend got their traditional espresso which came with two bean-shaped chocolates as a garnish. I found that quite clever. Our muffins were fresh-baked and tasty but a little dry. One thing I did find odd: this shop sells potato chips. I didn’t see a food menu, all I saw were the pastries near the counter. They just seemed out of place. Overall: If you want a cozy getaway from the usual burnt Starbucks fare, this is a charming, quiet place to go. There is no good local coffee in this area, so I hope this place gets the patronage and recognition it deserves.
