I live in town and have ordered the fish dinner a couple times, real good stuff. Also had the tacos which were. Wish they delivered «hint hint «this town awful delivery pizza only

Fried cheese Raviolis the bomb. Whole belly clams excellent price huge and awesome. Chicken parm. Awesome. Would eat here again for sure. Prices very reasonable

We stopped they are for a bite after the races. The beef and chicken taco were very tasty. The clam strips are lightly breaded and very juicy. The French fries are awesome. Don’t forget to get a vanilla milkshake they are the best. Rosie walks around and likes to chit chat. Very friendly spot with a really good food. The décor is wacky but that also adds to the charm of this funny little place with wicked good food

I have driven by Rosie’s quite a few times and I decided to eat here today. As I walked in I noticed the décor which left a bit to be desired in the ambiance department… but the important part is the food, yes? The small shabby sign in front says American/​Mexican food, and the menu says ‘Rosie’s Seaside and Clam Shack’, I had no idea they had fresh fish!
The waitress was super nice and present and refilled my cup numerous times. They offer Hosmer locally made soda on tap, and with free refills I swilled em down. I wasn’t terribly adventurous in my order; I got a six pack of tacos and popcorn chicken. Wow is this place inexpensive! I received the standard-​fare yet delicious popcorn chicken for only 2.25. It was a huge basket, enough for 2 or 3 people. The tacos were huge, with fresh chunky vegetables cut within hours of being placed on my tacos. They even tossed in salsa and sour cream for free. I think they were $ 6 for 6!
I will definitely go back to try their fish, real lobster mac and cheese, fresh made angus burgers, crabby patty (crab cake) sandwich and the fried onion petals! A great place for a quick, cheap and delicious lunch!
A wider variety of fresh Mexican food would do well in Stafford…
