A/C died around 5’ishpm on wednesday July 2^nd. Googled HVAC Stafford VA and called around. I got in touch with several places, they either charged too much just to come out or the person on the phone had an attitude. Called «Yes, Yes» and the woman who answered the phone was about to leave for the day. She had already powered off her PC… I don’t know many people who would have taken that call. Set up an appointment for the next day. The guy showed up and was very friendly, really knew his stuff and even taught me how to care for the unit so it would last a lot longer.

Great, helpful and on time. Gave helpful tips about the HVAC unit. Took the timecto explain what is being done and how to keep unit working. The up front cost for a unit check seems high, but they check heating and air, so they only need to come out once a year. The system was low on freeon and he was able to do that same day highly recommend.
