Facilities: kind of getting worn; the building isn’t conducive to an indoor baseball facility; there are several other facilities in the area that are much nicer.
Instructors: hit or miss, you may get a great coach or you may get a terrible one; most of the coaches don’t have terribly impressive resumes, a lot of young guys with limited coaching experience.
Cost: about average for this area; if you’re willing to pay $ 90/hr for a guy who got cut from his A ball team two years ago with limited coaching experience, go for it.
