I arrived at 530pm on a Thursday with all the paperwork already filled out. Receptionist tells me I’m missing paperwork when it’s clearly in the pile. There are 2 boys waiting for their mother and clearly noone else waiting. I wait an hour– for what I’m not sure because as of 545 my daughter and I are the only ones there. As I hear voices it seems that the doctor is having a staff meeting with the office manager. I keep asking myself if this is a joke! I came in because at 4 my daughter complained of an ear ache and as we were going out of town I wanted a doctor to see her first. I finally saw the doctor at 6:25pm after I asked how much longer I would have to wait. Very unprofessional. They did call the next day to see how she was doing. Bottom line, not sure what is better going here or the urgent care at Stamford Hospital. I never waited this long at Stamford Hospital. Good Luck.

I can’t say enough good things. I brought my 15 month old daughter in this morning with a very high fever & I had been up all night googling and scaring myself. This Doctor is excellent, he treated us like old friends, excellenct bed side manor & very knowledgable. I feel 100% confident in his care and diagnosis. He even was able to recommend a new pediatrician where we live on the other side of the country (we are visiting for Christmas). Too bad this Doctor couldn’t be our regular pediatrician, I would be the happiest mom ever!

Excellent office, once went in when they weren’t even open to ask if they had an x-ray machine to x-ray a finger for a break, and they did it on the spot and splinted it up very nicely. All this outside their office hours, now that’s good service!

this is the absolute lowest ofthe low places they will try and take advantage of parents at their weakest moment when you have a sick child, this place preys on that and they attempt to force people to pay non-existent decuctibles and they demand you leave a credit card in file and sign for charges that you have no obligation to pay, my insurance is top notch and i am only required to pay$ 50 copay for this clinic yet they tried to force me to sign and subject myself to 450 $ of bogus charges
i wound up going to the hospital e.r. and paid a $ 100 copay and that was it !!
this place is a travesty and no parent should ever use this if you can avoid it do so at all costs, you can see google reviews about people going through the same thing fighting against bogus charges made to their credit cards! thankfully i was smart enough not to do that
